Precision Garage door was the one and only company that actually said, " We will have someone there this afternoon before 7 pm. They arrived well before 7 pm! In fact it was closer to 3 pm. My hat goes off to this company as well as Josh and his assistant who actually completed the repair. No doubt they were knowledgeable for their work. Josh actually took the time to show me the parts that needed to be replaced in addition to the broken springs which was the initial service call. My service call was for two brackets which attached two panels together that were broken on the garage door. The technician Ben was very professional in fixing the brackets as well as pointed out other parts that should be replace eventually. He gave me a few options, starting with the most critical to the more minor repairs. This allowed me to consider the costs and what I could afford at this time. There was no pressure, only an honest assessment of what should be done in time to kept my garage door safe and operational. I can now budget and plan ahead to fix the garage door in phases.
