Precision Garage Door immediately provided great service when our garage door spring broke & our door was also damaged. Teddy & Dakota arrived that same afternoon to replace the spring, then we decided to buy a new insulated garage door, too. They were great in discussing our garage door options to suit our needs, while repairing our current problem. Great customer service, reasonable pricing & very friendly staff--I HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

A few years ago, I had Precision replace and repair parts on my garage door opener. I was so satisfied with the quietness of the closing of the door. My neighbor was so stunned by how quiet it settled that she called Precision to work on her door. I thought it was time to service the door before winter sets in. Ted was the technician who came. First of all, it was a pleasure communicating with the individual who answered my call and arranged for my service. She was prompt in answering my afternoon call and scheduled my service for the very next morning. She explained cost, what to expect and answered my questions thoroughly. My technician was Teddy and he was superior. Very friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable and a great listener. He reviewed the reason for my request for service and listened to additional concerns I had come up with prior to his arrival. He thoroughly explained what his next steps would be, the order of steps he would be taking and why they were important. He explained that he would give me three options to consider and what each option would address and made it clear that the final choice would be mine without any pressure on his part. After he assessed my garage door, the opener and all the hardware, he gave me a detailed report, and went over a visual inspection with me pointing out every detail he was addressing so I would have a thorough understanding of his assessment to enable me to make the right choice of service to meet my current needs and possible future needs. An agreed plan of action was arrived at and all work was completed in a very timely manner. Once completed, he walked me through a visual inspection of his work, reviewed the invoice and warranties and was on his way. Teddy made adjustments to my garage door opener, replaced rod, springs, rollers, cable, reinforced bottom panel of garage door...I will recommend this company.

Teddy F did a great job with the minor tune up I needed. Precision had installed (and did a good job) most of the components of my neglected set up a few years ago, and he assured me if any parts were needed I was still under their warranty

From initial phone contact and scheduling to completion every step was thoroughly explained and inspired confidence. The initial intake and scheduling communication was helpful and superior to competitor inquiries. Communication was good when an opening allowed an earlier service time. Teddy arrived and explained every step to my wife initially and then consulted with me over the phone. 3 option quotations were provided and explained at various price points. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently during the same visit from in stock parts on the service truck. We will make a point to return to this company for any future service needs. In less than 2.5 hours from the initial call our garage door springs were replaced and we were operating normally again.

Today, our technician was Teddy F., and I would recommend him without hesitation. He quickly secured the door in preparation for the panel replacement scheduled for tomorrow. I had an awful experience last year with another garage door company but found Precision had great reviews. They had a Saturday appointment available that worked with my work schedule. Teddy Forman was my service technician and he and Eric did a wonderful job. They were compassionate about my last experience and worked hard to ensure this time my experience would be good! Night and Day! They were professional and efficient and did quality work for a more than reasonable price. They left their work space clean and were so friendly and my result was great.
