From initial phone contact and scheduling to completion every step was thoroughly explained and inspired confidence. The initial intake and scheduling communication was helpful and superior to competitor inquiries. Communication was good when an opening allowed an earlier service time. Teddy arrived and explained every step to my wife initially and then consulted with me over the phone. 3 option quotations were provided and explained at various price points. The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently during the same visit from in stock parts on the service truck. We will make a point to return to this company for any future service needs. In less than 2.5 hours from the initial call our garage door springs were replaced and we were operating normally again.

I had an awful experience last year with another garage door company but found Precision had great reviews. They had a Saturday appointment available that worked with my work schedule. Teddy Forman was my service technician and he and Eric did a wonderful job. They were compassionate about my last experience and worked hard to ensure this time my experience would be good! The ability to book an appointment online and have a service call. The following day was so convenient. Providing a short bio of the service person who was coming, helped me feel more comfortable with meeting him. This is a great feature. Teddy was the utmost professional in his demeanor, appearance and communication. He was so nice and personable so it made me comfortable dealing with him. He kept me informed at every step of the process and provided several options for my repair work. The best thing he did was ask me at the beginning of the appointment about my objective for the service call. I told him I wanted a working garage door and even though it was pretty major repair, he stayed until the job was finished and I could use my garage again. Plus, he even swept out my garage! I spoke with Andi? several times and she was keeping me in the loop about Teddy’s scheduling. She has a great customer service attitude and was so friendly. Teddy did a great job. He took the time to listen to our issues and concerns. He took the time to show us several options and gave us time to think about what we wanted to do. Once we decided on what we wanted, he got right to work. He was here almost 7 hours working on the doors. He finished and cleaned up his work area. Because of a packaging error by the manufacturer, he returned the next day to install light covers on one of the motors. He also adjusted one of the doors while he was here. I am very pleased with the work he did and the final product.

Teddy showed up on time in a professional looking van and looked professional himself. Upon analysis of the issues with the opener he carefully explained how the those opener problems were actually caused by issues with the door itself. His explanation was clear and made mechanical sense to me. Because he was so knowledgeable and was able to communicate to me in a way I understood his reasoning I spent a LOT more money on the repair than I had planned or hoped. But now he has the door working better than it ever has and I am confident it will work properly for a long time in the future. I'm not sorry about spending money wisely.

I dialed PRECISION after seeing an ad for a favorably priced " tuneup." A critter had mistaken the rubber seal strip on the bottom of the door for its favorite bubble gum flavor, and that needed replacement, as well. My technician addressed each concern, walked me through his observations and recommendations, and performed his work well. The result is a smooth, quiet balanced door that operates like new.
