The tech arrived a few minutes before they said he would (on a Sunday, no less) and was very professional throughout. My wife had some company she was visiting with so I hung out in the garage with the tech while he replaced the springs, rollers, and brackets. He answered all my questions and was a really nice guy. He clearly knew what he as doing. I would tell you the price was consistent with their competitors but I don’t know that. My prior experience with Precision when they installed the motor is all I needed to go back to them. And I won’t check their competitors next time either.

We received excellent and prompt service from Teddy. He kept us apprised of his arrival time and showed up just as promised. He took his time to explain a balanced list of pros and cons for both the repair or the purchase options. We chose to replace both our 10 y/o openers and purchased new ones. Again he clearly explained the different models which really helped us select the best ones for our needs. Teddy was neat and clean and courteous and knowledgeable. Not only did he install both openers but he also programmed the keypad AND each of our cars AND helped me install and use the App! All in less than 2.5 hours just as he had estimated. Thank you for your excellent service and for leaving us with two fully functional whisper quiet garage doors!

Garage door stuck halfway, wouldn’t open or close. We called Precision in late morning; by 3:00 Teddy arrived to fix it. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Finished the job in one hour and cleaned up completely. Teddy was courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Precision sent a tech out to fix our door at 10 o’clock Saturday night. We called at 8 o’clock Saturday night! Austin had our garage door fixed before midnight and by then it was subzero outside! this morning, Monday, I opened the garage door, and it didn’t seem like it was working smoothly. I called again, and Teddy was here and gone before I knew it. both technicians took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong and what they were fixing. We are satisfied 110%. I'm giving them five stars because that's all the stars there are to give!

My garage door spring broke and I. Allied Precision. Teddy came out, arriving on time. He showed me not only had the spring broken but there were several safety concerns. I was a repeat customer but had a terrible experience from loosing my new remote to damaging my brand new $800 bike, my garage left in total mess and the weather strip is not on straight. Did I mention it took 6 hours for a one car garage to be installed. Also. The door was supposed to match my neighbors and it’s not. I’m totally unhappy with my experience.

When we bought our house in 2019, the first investment we made was with garage door openers. We bought three (3) new ones. From our first impression of the sales engineer to our two (2) service calls that we have had for preventive maintenance, we have been very happy. Teddy came out today and was excellent. From his demeanor to his knowledge to the efficiency with which he worked. We will surely recommend any peer to use Precision Door.
