Based solely on internet rating. I’m so glad I did. These guys are top shelf. Josh came out for a repair that turned into a temporary repair till Martin came back to install new doors. Both great guys with an obviously great company who cares about the customer and their employees. That goes a long way in my book.

We couldn't get our garage door to go up and Precision came out within 4 hours of the time we called! Our spring ended up being broken. The service was fast and efficient, and our door is back to working. Definitely recommend.

The service technician was very prompt. The courtesy phone call to update me on his estimated time of arrival besides the scheduled window of installation was greatly appreciated. Mike was thorough and very professional. He hauled all garbage away, swept my garage floor after installation, and explained all features of my new garage door opener after completing the installation. It was as if the Precision garage door installation video on their website had come to life in my own home. Mike even checked my garage door over and recommended an upgrade to better garage door rollers to extend the service life of my new garage door opener. Thanks Mike for a job well done and making my family a Precision customer for life.

From my chat online to schedule for a next day repair, the communication from Precision Door Service, the knowledge and Professionalism of James was REMARKABLE! Will be recommending James and Precision to EVERYONE I come across that needs Garage door services! James gave me all of my options and recommendations with NO pressure. Luckily with all of his Knowledge and Expertise he explained EVERYTHING. We chose the HIGH FREQUENCY Springs as replacements since we use our garage door for Everything. Also upgraded to Nylon rollers with SEALED bearings. Also a few other parts that I believe should have been part of our door installation from ANOTHER company 4 years ago. Thank you James!
