I used Precision Garage Door at my previous residence to install new garage doors. I was impressed with the service I received then so didn't hesitate to contact them when I had problems with my current residence. Cole was the technician who arrived to troubleshoot the problems with my garage door opener. He arrived earlier than expected (after I was asked if that was ok to do), which was refreshing as most companies arrive at the end of the 2 hour appointment window. Cole was both personal and professional and found the issue & repaired it quickly.

They were able to come out the same day, and even arrived earlier than expected—which was a huge relief since I needed a working garage door ASAP. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Cole was especially helpful and patient as I navigated a home warranty claim. He clearly explained everything, completed the repairs efficiently, and took the time to walk me through the new garage door system. He even helped me program both the outside keypad entry and my car’s garage button before leaving, so I’m completely set! We had a new garage door installed in December 2024 by Precision. The installers were great. Today, one of their technicians, Cole, came and reattached a part of the trim and adjusted the garage door opener. Cole came early, talked me through everything he was doing, and had everything finished in 30 minutes. He was great. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone.

First, we chose Precision based on your same day service and the reviews of work done by your technicians, and your company did not fail us on either reason. When the technician, Cole P., arrived, he was on time the same day, and performed a great job. He was friendly and respectful of both us and our property. He explained what his steps would be in looking at our problem. Once he ascertained what the problem was, he explained to our understand what that was and then reviewed with us about 4 or 5 different options and costs. Once we chose the option best for us, he proceeded efficiently with the job, and problem was solved, all in the same day visit. In closing, I would like to say that in my pre-retirement job was a manager over all Administrative services at a hospital, dealing with hiring/firing employees, and working with many other outside my department. In Cole, you have a dedicated, friendly and respectful employee who keeps the customer informed of the work, and all he is doing. We enjoyed meeting him, and he is truly a keeper as an employee. I had a 46 year old Genie opener I installed back in Dec.1977 that stopped working during these sub-zero days. I saw your add on TV and looked at some of your reviews on line which made my decision to go with Precision & Genie a "no brainer". The day after I placed my phone order, Cole showed up with 3 estimates on 3 options for me to choose from. Of course I went with Genie again (Genie 2028 chain drive) and Cole went to work. He was fast, meticulous & thorough. He showed me how to program one of my cars built-in Car2U controller and went over all the features the new opener had.
