Everything about my experience with Precision Garage Door Service was excellent! This includes my initial call and inquiry. I was given an appointment the next morning! There was no extra charge for a Saturday appointment. Cole P took very good care of me. He phoned me within the arrival time. He was courteous and respectful. He gave me options and explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed and felt confident in the choices that I made. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. I am a very happy customer. Other than a broken spring back in 2013, our garage door opener was not a problem for 20 years until a couple days ago. At that time there appeared to be a sensor problem. Cole P arrived very early in the appointment window. He was friendly and personable and spent about 20min assessing our whole system. He showed me the control board showing significant wear and we decided to replace the opener, sensors and springs after fully reviewing our options. Work was done efficiently and we now have peace of mind as we enter the winter.

I have used Precision Garage Doors many times in the past and will continue to do so. The technician, Cole, arrived exactly when he said he would arrive and diagnosed the problem quickly. Cole was very polite and had a great sense of humor. He installed a new opener motor, which is very quiet. Cole also set the door code in all our vehicles and explained the operation of the new door. Precision needs to hire more people like Cole.

On August 20, 2024 Cole was next door to our home working on the neighbor's garage doors. I went over to him and asked him if he would come look at my door. He gave me a number to call the office and get us put on his schedule. Cole came over and gave us information regarding our door. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in taking his time to explain everything to us. He gave us many options for an opener and time frame in which he could do the work. Our garage door spring failed at about 9 AM and Precision had our door repaired and operable by 2 PM the same day. Contacted a competitor before Precision. Was informed that repairs could not be performed until the next, but possibly could be done on an overtime basis that evening. Thanks for great response Precision. The service technician (Cole) was excellent. Professional and extremely cautious around our vehicles in a very crowded garage. Impressed with your company and employees.
