Andrew did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and then fixing it. My only issue is that the rubber piece that fits on the bottom of the garage door was just replaced in May of 2023…I don’t think I should have been charged for another one…very disappointed! Thank you.

The technician was super nice. The problem I have is your company was out to fix the door on November 28, 2022. It has broken down with the same problem!! If it wasn’t fixed properly and broke in a years time, I don’t feel I should have to pay for something that hasn’t held up. They have screwed in nails/screws whatever into a spot that there is no stud and it is flimsy dry wall and it’s to hold???? A year later tech now has put in more nails/screws to make it hold in the same area. I don’t want this done free don’t get me wrong. I just thought it wouldn’t have cost me that much to fix the problem again.

Just moved to Fishers, IN and chose Precision Garage Door from the internet. As it turned out they had serviced the door at the residence prior to our purchasing the home. They were prompt, courteous and solved my problems. Ended up purchasing a new door opener, controls and some rollers because my 24 year old door and opener was tired. I rate 4.25 stars The service technician, Josh, was very thorough in explaining the many options that I could choose to complete the repair. He explained all the work he was going to perform and proceeded to get it done in a timely fashion. Also the fact that Precision does not charge overtime on Saturday is a big plus

Jam a wonderful service tech. Only issue was the price. Was told one thing and tried to use the coupon on their website and told I couldn't it was already included. But was told otherwise when I chatted online with them.

Called Precision and the response time was quick. Mike came out and inspected the situation., he told me what the problem areas were with a detail description of each one and he fixed those areas and now my garage door is working properly.

Other than a slight delay in the arrival time, my repair from my service technician Michael, swept me off my feet. Michael fixed a problem me and my husband created. We tried to program a keyless remote on the outside of our garage. However, we ended up de-programming the openers in our vehicles; and only the wireless keypad opener was working. We had to purchase new openers. Michael fixed a shortage in the wiring on one of the lights on the ceiling mounted part of the opener. He re-mounted the keyless entry unit. He swept me off my feet by blowing the leaves that had swirled into our garage out with a leaf blower.
