Quick service on opener replacement and tech named Vladamyr was excellent and knowledgeable. Opener had a fair price but wall button to match old would have been +/- 20% more than opener price. That is ridiculous.

The quality of work was very nice. The technician was outstanding. My only concern is I could of got all the parts for 275, but I paid close to 800 for the repair. Also it was springs and rollers, but I could not choose that option.

Garage door tune up was completed in a timely manner and professionalism was evident. The only issue is what was the cost? -I see no invoice included with the technicians e-mail.

My appointment window was from 10 am to noon. The technician was over an hour late. I do understand things happen but a heads up on that would have been good. Josh did call me once he was headed to me. When Josh got to my house I explained the trouble I was having and he quickly figured out the problems with my garage door and how much it would cost to fix it. With my go ahead he got to work on the repair and in what I thought was a really short amount of time he got the repairs done. I would definitely recommend Precision door service.

I was very pleased with the quick service and scheduling of my door replacement. I was even more impressed and happy with the technician , Justin, that came to do the install. He was very professional and polite. He worked quickly and neatly, cleaning up after the install very nicely. He did however have to return to replace a piece of trim that had cracked (free of charge) on the original install and work quickly and professionally. Chose precision because of high ratings on google. Repair and technician were great. ...only downside was the $15 fuel surcharge. This was never mentioned until I saw my receipt. And $15 seems kinda excessive considering I’m in Carmel and you guys in noblesville. It’s about 28 miles round trip and with gas prices down so low even with a truck that gets poor gas mileage there’s no way the fuel cost more than $3.

Technician did a great job explaining what the problem was and what my options are. He gave me several options . He did a great work and replaced garage door opener and springs . One problem I see is that garage door opener did not have other brands such as chamberlain, over head genie . It was only precision brand!

Everything was good, but now that I’m on the company’s website, I see multiple coupons that applied to my situation. That would have been nice to know about when spending over $1600. I’d prefer a company that is upfront about the discounts they offer.

You didn't allow all purchases . . . I got springs and a new wall control. I called only to repair a faulty wall control that was turning lights on and off as it pleased. Nick convinced us that our springs were not the correct ones and needed replacement. So . . . Your employee is extremely congenial and well versed. He deserves 5 stars. the dispatcher was also efficient and friendly. Why not 5 stars? Cost!
