Precision continues to be our company of choice for any issues we have with our garage door. The company is available when needed for emergency calls and never fails to impress. Every technician we have worked with has been professional, experienced and personable. Austin D was our technician today to install a new garage door opener. He assessed the situation and provided a few options based on what he found, giving us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and the best one for us. Austin completed the installation of the new opener and all that goes with it in great time, and he also checked our existing door to make sure all parts under warranty were working as needed and it turns out, we needed a couple of part replacements. We truly appreciate Austin's attention to detail, and he was a pleasure to work with today.

Precision came highly recommended from my brother, so I called. They had an opening within 24 hours (we had an issue, but not a "fix it NOW" issue), so we made the appointment. I got a call from our tech, Austin, saying he was about 20 minutes out. I got a text from Precision giving us his name and some information about him. He arrived within 20 minutes. Austin was courteous, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to complete service to our 30+ years old garage doors. Instead of grinding and growling as they close, the doors now literally almost purr. EXTREMELY pleased!

I called Precision to replace the seal under our garage door. The person on the phone was very professional and helpful. She said a tech would be there that same afternoon between 12 and 2. Austin showed up at 12:01! After replacing the seal, Austin inspected our garage door and advised the cables and springs had limited life. Precision replaced many parts in 2011. After showing me the situation, I decided to go ahead with repairs as we are planning to sell our home in the near future. Austin was very professional, worked hard to install the parts, and has a can do attitude. I would highly recommend Precision Door to those in need.

I called and made an appointment because my garage door keypad was not working. Austin arrived on Saturday morning exactly when he texted that he would be there. Austin showed me all charges for the call and explained the cost of the key pad before he installed it Austin had no problems with my standing by and watching.
