I’ve had an incredible experience with this Precision. They’ve replaced garage doors at two of my previous homes and have always done a magnificent job. Excellent customer service, prompt, punctual, great prices, and very professional. Eric G came out to the house and made sure I had the right equipment to fit my needs and Jimmy R completed my install that looks flawless. I’m very happy with my experience and can’t say enough about these guys!

Kevin and Mark arrived promptly and began their assessment. Very helpful in explaining our options and then proceeded to repair/replace all that was necessary. Will definitely call them again, but hopefully it will be several years before doing so.

I’m very happy with my garage door repair. Kalu was great in explaining the parts that needed replacing and went the extra mile in completing the job. The upgrades are so nice and will last for several years. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

One of the 2 large garage door springs "broke." I had used Precision before and called right away. As promised, my new best friend Teddy showed up 45 minutes later. This experience was like a "commercial." Within the next 45 Minutes Teddy reviewed my options, found a broken hinge, replaced the broken spring as well as the suspect other spring, replaced both somewhat rusty cables and lubricated all the hinges. So if you call "Ask for Teddy."

Chase was great. He arrived on time and clearly explained the issues with the garage door. He was courteous and professional. The repairs were done quickly and had all the parts on their truck for the repairs. The only suggestion I have is to improve the quality of original hardware kit that was used to install the original door. The door is only two years old.

Well I feel so fortunate that after contacting Precision Garage Door Service yesterday they sent out the most knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, caring, and friendly service technician that I’ve ever been associated with!!! He was an absolute pleasure just talking with him as he continued to install a new Genie garage door opener today!! To top that off Joey’s manager knew that I’m on disability and on a fixed income so he agreed with me to let me pay when I get my disability check next month!! So all I can say is they are top notch people to work with!! Thanks again Joey!!

Brandon was our technician, and we were pleased with his attention to detail. He explained our problem with our garage door and let us know what it would take to solve our multiple issues. We had used Precision before and were pleased with that initial experience, so we called again. I also noticed several neighbors in the area were also using Precision, so that is "always" a good sign. Yes, we will use Precision Garage Door again if needed !

I called and made an appointment because my garage door keypad was not working. Austin arrived on Saturday morning exactly when he texted that he would be there. Austin was very professional and personable. He answered all my questions and made a very extensive review of the garage door, even though there no problems that I was aware of. Austin showed me all charges for the call and explained the cost of the key pad before he installed it Austin had no problems with my standing by and watching. I picked your company because I was impressed with the tv commercial you have and I am glad that I called.

Nick and Mark were very courteous explaining our options. They did an excellent job. they replaced our springs rollers and drums and our garage door goes down quietly. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with their work.

While my door needed more work than I anticipated, springs, bearings, rollers and struts, the tech explained it in a way that made sense to me. He also broke it out into a couple different estimates so I could choose to do as much or as little as I wanted to get the door operational. He also told me about himself and how long he had been with this company, 15 years, and that says a lot about the company itself. I went with Precision because of their five star rating and the lived up to it.
