Precision came highly recommended from my brother, so I called. They had an opening within 24 hours (we had an issue, but not a "fix it NOW" issue), so we made the appointment. I got a call from our tech, Austin, saying he was about 20 minutes out. I got a text from Precision giving us his name and some information about him. He arrived within 20 minutes. Austin was courteous, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to complete service to our 30+ years old garage doors. Instead of grinding and growling as they close, the doors now literally almost purr. EXTREMELY pleased!

Its service representative Tyler thoughtfully placed a call to us 15 minutes in advance of the arrival time he expected - just to check if the scheduled time was still convenient. Tyler was exceptionally friendly and courteous. He thoroughly explained his findings on inspection and explained each of our options for repair (including the pros and cons of each option), without giving any hint that he was motivated to aggressively "sell". We were confident about the repair decision that we made, and now, we are very happy with the result. Thank you!

Eric was the technician who came to service my door. I was in need of a new motor and there were three choices. He went over each option explaining the benefits of each and helped me reach my decision based on need and financial consideration. He worked very diligently installing all of the new items I needed. He is a very articulate young man and a very conscientious one too. When he was finished he went over my bill with me explaining the charges. Brandon came out to fix a broken spring. We had just had it replaced a few years ago with and internal spring rod. I wanted to upgrade to the old heavier springs as we use the garage door as our in and out and it gets plenty of work. So the pulleys and cables were also trashed and I had Brandon replace them along with the rollers on a buy one get one deal. So Brandon quoted me the job and I agreed not wanting to spend as much but I wanted to make sure the system lasted for a long time. As he got into it we talked about the different challenges and agreed to upgrade the entire system. Brandon kept me informed throughout the entire process, he was very professional and I couldn’t be happier. I would gladly recommend Brandon for the very very unpleasant broke garage door experience!!!

We have used Precision twice before and were satisfied with how they handled our issues. For our most recent issue, Mark evaluated the situation, identified the cause, and presented me with options for the solution. He then went to work and made the necessary changes. He was very friendly, let me choose the option, and resolved the problem. I'm very pleased with his work. He tried to crack some jokes, but I guess he can't be good at everything! Precision installed a new door a few years ago and I figured it was time for a tune up. Mike arrived promptly and serviced the door and mechanisms and replaced a worn out keypad. We chose Precision because the garage door company let our service call slip through the cracks. When they realized, they could not accommodate us for two days. We called another company and they could not help us today either. Precision was the only company that could help us immediately, today. We had to lift our door manually. It was very heavy and we are over 75 years old. Precision, not only was here today but Nick was here by 10:13am this morning. I was almost in tears when you said you could send someone today. Nick, there are not adequate words to describe Nick Z. Please move him to a rating of 5.5. He found a mistake in our spring, which caused the door to be so heavy. When he repaired that spring, he demonstrated to my husband and I, how much lighter the is. Nick, explained everything to us regarding your products and costs. He made recommendations, but left the final decision to us, NO PRESSURE. Nick is so knowledgeable, kind, so soften spoken but with authority and professionalism. Nick is fun, outgoing, kept to the task. No matter how much I talked to him. Please put Nick at the top of your techs. 5.5 And that is no over the top fluff. Nick is deserving and Precision is also deserving. Thank you for assisting us and blessing us with Nick. We will recommend Precision and Nick, for the rest of our lives.
