Your company is the greatest of all that we have ever used!!!!!!!!!!! On time, very friendly, knowledgeable, fixed our problem instantly, and gave us new info that we had not heard before! We also liked the info about Brandon on our text which made us like him even more. Our prior service call in 2025 was just as great with Josh helping out with our garage door as well as our old 4 shop doors and they are still working fine. Have used Precision previously and they were my first choice when my garage door cable broke. They sent out a tech within hours of my call, actually arrived early. Ben H was my technician and quickly analyzed the problem and came up with several different options to fix the problem. No high pressure sales, just laid out the options.
