We have used Precision 3 or 4 times and they always solve our problem and note things that may be aging or weak with the garage door opener. A few years ago they replaced the main spring that had broken and with one more use would have allowed the door to drop on the car. This time it was replacing a remote and setting up with a new car, plus replacing the sensors that had weakened and nearly broken off. They are always proactive, courteous, and inspire a lot of confidence in their services.

They scheduled a tech quickly to repair my garage door. They sent me text messages with updates and the tech called to let me know he was on the way. The tech did a great job of explaining what parts needed to be replaced and gave me a few different options. The tech was very quick at removing the old system and upgrading it, and had it operational in less than 2 hours. I will definitely be using them again if i ever need garage door work. Two years ago I had Precision replace the springs and rollers on my two car garage door. Today I had them replace the spring and rollers on my single garage door. I selected Precision Garage Door Service because of the BBB rating, and the honest and friendly service advertised on a television ad. I was not disappointed! Kevin U called to tell me he was enroute and I liked him from just talking on the phone with him. I told him there were probably some things in the way for him to do his job, but I had pulled my car out. He stated that if anything needed to be moved, he would do it and he already liked my job because his previous 2 jobs of the day their door wouldn't even open. After asking me what my concerns were, he inspected the system parts and got the garage door to "skip" as I had stated. Kevin told me that pretty much everything was wrong with my garage door, except for the door - cables were frayed, garage door opener smelled like it was already burnt and I was lucky that my garage door had just been very noisy and jumping sometimes, because it was definitely showing many signs of safety issues that could have happened at any time. Kevin gave me 3 different options to fix the door - the top one was not the lowest cost and the bottom not the highest cost to repair and make my garage door safe. He explained the difference between the 3 options - not pressuring me on what to select and happily answered any questions about any differences in value and warranties. My garage door has NEVER been this quiet, not even when I had it everything replaced several years ago, by another company of course! It is so quiet now, I can hardly hear it and my cat can't hear it either - before she would know from any room in my condo that someone had opened the garage door. Before leaving Kevin explained everything he'd done and showed me the newer safety features that I had and asked me for if I had any questions. He asked if I felt he had done a 5 star job and I said yes - but the truth is, I'd like to give him a 10 for being so friendly, helpful and courteous while being professional at his job. He reminded me that if you call Precision Garage Door, you will get a real PERSON, 24 x 7 - something not many companies can say any more! Thank you for my quiet door and the great service I was provided by Kevin as my rep for your company.

My garage door would not close properly due to an issue with the safety sensors and springs. Tony D fixed the problem quickly. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. He also provided a maintenance checkup and explained everything as needed. I am very pleased with the service! I would not hesitate to call Precision again!
