Marquis was very good! He explained everything to me. He showed the parts and explained which were critical to get addressed soon. He also showed me other parts and estimated how much life they may still have. There was zero pressure to do anything. But, we went with the full repair (springs, rollers, cables, and more). It all works beautifully now. With incoming weather we are so thankful that this has all been improved.

First I called Garage Door Doctor and they said I needed a new door and it will take 2 to 4 weeks. That was unexceptionable so I called Precision Door. They came out replaced a few parts and I was up and running in 2 hours not 2 weeks, And I didn’t need a new door. Yes I would recommend Precision Door.

We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service thanks to Eric M. He was fantastic. Very personable, clearly skilled at his work, and he never tried to upsell us or push unnecessary repairs. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, which I really appreciated. I also really liked that the company sends a short blurb about your technician ahead of time. It made the whole experience feel more personal and professional before he even arrived. Eric M did a wonderful job and represented the company extremely well. Highly recommend.

I chose Precision because the web site showed that they would come today, and I didn't want my garage door partly open all night. I knew it had been some time since I had the door checked, so besides getting the door closed, I wanted a checkup. It ended up needing more than I knew, but I am very happy that I don't have to worry about it breaking down now. I am very pleased with the work and the worker!

I called Precision today for service and they were out within a couple hours. I needed to replace the motor, and Ben H did a great job explaining my options, doing the install, and explaining everything afterwards. He also assisted me with the Genie app on my phone. I highly recommend this company.

Joel So far there has been a 5 star due to communication. Anthony came out and measured, took pictures and gave us a reasonable quote, which we accepted. We then had an inside person call and set up a meeting with the installers to make sure they were going to order the correct material. All in all it has very impressive how things are being handled. Now when the work is completed I would like to again send a review, which I'm sure will be much like the review I have given. Can't wait for the project to be completed. Thank you Larry

Dakota T showed up right when he said he would. Called prior to appointment and let me know when to expect him. Super nice guy and very personable. Turns out I needed an entire new opener because my motor was fried on my 25 year old unit. Dakota went through my options and explained exactly what was happening. I did not enjoy having to spend the money to replace the entire unit but that is what it was calling for. He had it installed quickly and went through it all with me and helped get the wi-fi system set up also. Very patient and thorough especially given the fact it was about 15 degrees outside. I have to say my door is uber quiet now and opens very calmly unlike my old unit which seemed to jerk the door. Dakota did a terrific job and everything looks great.

He was on time and listened as we explained the problem we were having. After looking over our garage door and opener he explained clearly what was needed. After we approved the work to be done, he started the job right away. After the parts were replaced (springs, rollers, and cables) he gave us a summary of the overall job.

I needed help with my garage door called precision they were able to come out the next day on a Saturday. Tony D came out looked at my garage door for me. Serviced the garage door and showed me parts that needed to be replaced no pressure which I appreciate. I replaced the ones that were the most important and will replace the others in time.
