Precision is exceptional. Quick response time, nicest employees, and they are upfront, honest, and not pressuring to the customer. Elliot was our service tech for our call and he was the best. He arrived quickly, was on time, and stayed through the entire duration of our appt window and beyond to thoroughly assist us. We know the business day can be long and I sincerely appreciated his time and efforts.

My name is Dale. My garage door spring broke on Monday and a technician was out here on Tuesday afternoon, actually a hour early than my appointment. The tech was very courteous, explained everything and the parts that I needed the get my door back in operational condition. On top of that he should me all the parts I needed and the final price before starting. What parts he replaced were reasonably priced. The tech cleaned up, put the operations to a full test. It passed all tests. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. I had no other experience with any garage door repair so I could not compare them to anyone but I am completely happy and satisfied with the service I received.

Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was outstanding and all of our expectations were met. Our technician, Ty, was extremely courteous, informative, and delivered a repair that solved our problem. Ty arrived within an hour of calling your helpline number. We chose Precision Garage Door Service due to the advertising we saw on TV and the reviews we read online. When we need to replace our garage door opener, we will certainly contact your business.

Eric was great! He was very cordial and helpful. Super quick and knowledgeable. I’m not sure how long ago our springs had been changed but I did go with the same company that put them in. Old high cycle springs lasted 13 years! Superb quality. I went with new high cycle ones and the door is not only quiet but it’s working excellent again. Thanks again.

Eric did an awesome job, replacing springs, cables, rusting hardware, etc. Everything is balanced on my heavy wooden door and easily opened manually - an incredible improvement! He took time to explain what was needed, how everything works, and patiently explained features I had thus far not used or had knowledge of. Sincere thanks to Eric and Precision Garage Door. It’s fantastic to have a working garage door! Great work in a remarkably short amount of time. Other companies were requiring a 6-week wait. Thank you!!

I chose to have my 2024 new Precision Garage Door serviced each fall prior to winter weather. This includes all point checks of tracks and electric equipment; lubing the tracks, springs, rollers and opener. The Techs (Eric and Chase) arrived timely, were pleasant and efficient, listened to and answered my inquiries, and I am confident I will experience no issues throughout the coming winter months. Precision Garage Door had offered the same efficient repairs as needed on my old garage door, and I am so happy with the new insulated garage door replacement. I am always granted an appointment either same day or next day, regardless of the purpose of my request, which I consider to be a major plus. The tech calls when on the way, arrives timely, and works efficiently. I am very happy with all facets of my experience with Precision Garage Door Service.
