I called on Saturday around 11am and scheduled an appointment for morning on Sunday. Within an hour, I received a notification that someone could be out by 3pm. The technician was friendly, professional, and finished the installation before 5pm. He installed a new chain, motor, sensors, openers, and programmed it all. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the service and expertise provided to us.

My Garage door Spring broke the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. I called another company 1st thing Friday morning after Thanksgiving and they were closed. I called Precision and they were open and sent Isaac out within a few hours of me calling. He was great! He did a full inspection of my door. He gave me a few options for repairs and cost. Isaac had my door operating again in no time. Thanks Isaac for an excellent experience! Precision will be my go to garage door company from now on!

Our past experience with you made you the only company I called or considered today. Your technician, Drew, was an outstanding representative of your company. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options. He offered several different openers and had them all on his truck. After we settled on an opener, he quickly got to work and had the new opener installed in just over an hour, including the outside keypad. He explained how everything worked, answered all our questions. Drew showed up at the exact time that the dispatcher said he would. Another great experience with Precision, thank you Drew !

My spring on the garage door broke last evening. I called Precision Garage Doors, and they scheduled promptly for Tuesday morning. I was surprised when I received a text message that the technician, Stuart Nicholas, could arrive 2 hours earlier. Stuart need a complete “check up”, and we both decided on my next course of action. Stuart was fabulous! He did the work in a timely manner, was personable, friendly, and professional. If I were allowed, I would rate the overall experience 10 stars!

I called Precision from a Google search I made for garage door repair work near me. Their location and advertised same day service is why I chose to call them. My first service was because my door opener would not work. They installed a new opener that is belt driven and sized correctly in the same day from call to service to complete. The tech was well versed at the repair, explained every thing including the cost, with options that fit my needs. A year later I needed to call for service again because the door spring snapped. This was ware on the coolers in the track as well. Again I got the same great service from first call to finished all in the same day. Both techs were amazing sharing their knowledge explaining each repair in detail, providing options, with a same day completion of the repair.
