Elliot was a genuine professional. He assessed the issue, offered us several options to help address the issues, and patiently explained each one…twice, once to me and once to my husband. He was kind, respectful, and explained everything. Once the job was completed, he thoroughly cleared away all of the debris. My tech was Brandon. He was so knowledgeable and honest. He explained everything where I could understand it. He gave me several options to choose from which I totally appreciated. I have a heavy wood door and when he was finished with the repair I could lift it with one hand using no muscle. Before the repair I was unable to lift it at all. I am so happy! I will add that Brandon was very kind and super friendly....good people! I chose Precision based on their reviews and I was not disappointed.

We had a garage door that wouldnt open. He walked me through all the options to get the door fixed and explained why things weren't working. He told me the parts that really needed to be replaced and others that we could hold off on. Very happy with his quick turnaround and how informed he was. He even had to work around the car to fix the garage door!

Precision installed new doors on previous before I sold it. Since I was pleased with that project, I called Precision to evaluate problems with the garage door in my new production built home. The technicians arrived about 3hrs after I called. The door itself, motor, and tracks were okay, but the low quality plastic moving parts in the tracks were binding. Everything including the lasers was replaced with high quality parts guaranteed for 7 years. The technicians also set up the remote system is my wife and I can open and close the door with our cell phones. We were very pleased with the rapid, high quality service.

We had a service tech out within the day we called. Drew, our tech, was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener, and offered us options for the repair. Once we decided what made sense for our situation, Drew proceeded to complete the repair. Because we opted for a new mechanism to replace our old and no longer functional one, Drew actually helped us to sync the garage door opener to our cars and to download the new technology available for our phones. Wow! That part was incredibly helpful for a couple of old folks with less than expert technology skills. Drew was great. We would recommend Precision to others without reservation. The door even sounds good--meaning it scarcely makes a sound. Thanks!

Nick and Mark did a great job replacing a broken spring on one of our garage doors. I purchased an upgraded spring, upgraded rollers, drums etc. Nick also repaired a portion of the track that was bent. I also purchased upgraded rollers for our other door too. New support bars for both doors too. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable as well.
