Tony D was out a year ago to replace a busted spring on one of our three garage doors and did an excellent job. I have used Precision door in the past. They did good work then which was over 10 years ago for a tune up. Their service person was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I do think their prices are slightly high. However, they do excellent work and would recommend them.

As part of the service, Kevin found that my springs were weak and not balancing the door the way that it should. He explained the issue and the options available.
