Yesterday morning, I had an unexpected issue with my garage door and wasn't sure what to expect when I called for help. The person who answered my call asked a few questions and then said, “We can be there between 10 and 1 p.m.” I was honestly so relieved to know I could get same-day service. When Clayton arrived, he was courteous, friendly, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. When I didn't quite understand something the first time, he patiently re-explained it until I did. He never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable asking questions. It's rare to work with a company where you feel completely at ease during an unexpected and stressful home repair, but that was absolutely my experience with Precision Door. Please give Clayton the kudos he deserves. He was wonderful to work with, and I really appreciate his help!

The cable on my old, heavy garage door broke. Mike not only fixed and rebuilt the door so well I do not need to purchase a new door. I am able to keep the beautiful old door and it works better and is more quiet. I feel more confident using the garage door and it is safer too. Mike installed stronger springs and replaced the worn out parts. He was efficient and stayed into the early evening to finish the job.

Our garage door opener failed out of nowhere on a Monday night. I usually steer clear of the "big guys" that advertise all the time and thought about asking NextDoor for recommendations, but I finally decided to just schedule an appointment with Precision. They had an opening the very next morning; I gave them a couple pieces of info and was all set. The next morning, I got a call asking if they could come out even earlier. Joey showed up and was incredibly helpful in determining what style of motor we needed. He was honest and gave advice as if he were working on his own house. He took the time to explain the install process and gave the overall system a thorough once-over. The install took less than two hours from start to finish, and he even took the extra time to program my wife's car to work with the new opener. No one likes spending money on home repairs, but for the first time in a long time, I felt great about the purchase and the quality of the work. Precision will absolutely be my first call if anything goes wrong in the future.

Kevin and Bryant came out today because the door quit opening. Both couldn’t have been nicer! They took the time to assess the problem and then offered me options to fix the problem. The thing I liked was they gave me options based on price so it was up to me to choose what I wanted to do and how much I wanted to spend. We actually upgraded the opener and had a clear idea of the cost before they did the work. Kevin and Bryant were very nice, helpful and professional. These are why I’m a repeat Precision customer!
