Excellent customer service from Precision Garage! Our technician, Tony P, was so nice and explained everything to me. At the time, we didn’t know if I needed a new motor or just sensors my garage would not let up or down and the previous sensors just constantly blinked. I loved how he kept me informed every step of the way on what he was finding, along with his recommendations for what I should do going forward. I’m so happy Tony got it fixed for me, and it didn’t break the bank especially in these times! Thank you so much.

My grandparents are dealing with some major health issues right now and their garage door went out in the process of them going to the hospital. Luckily Precision came out the very next day after I called and was able to fix the door within no time at all to get my grandparents car out of their garage. Josh B was awesome and so fast. Eric M was fantastic throughout my whole visit. He went through all the problems that led to the issues I was having, and how to get them repaired. Nick and Chayse went above and beyond to help me with a 40+ year old garage door. In this horrible heat they were willing to take the time to repair the door and make it usable.
