Brandon R. came out to our house on 1/10 to inspect a repair I had done just a few days earlier. We talked for a while about what was done. He was appalled at the $3,400 this company had charged me. He also noticed a lot of safety issues the other company missed, as well as potential future problems that I would have because of the poor repair job. Brandon called his manager and they fixed my garage door at a very heavy discount. He found the other company used incorrect springs and drums. He wrote me a very detailed account of the safety issues that the other company missed and what his company would have charged me so that we can use that as we dispute the payment. Brandon created a Precision Garage Door Service customer for life. I will also sing your praises to anyone and everyone who will listen. Brandon (and his manager, but I don’t know her name) truly blessed us. We know that our door will be safe and function properly for years to come. Thank you Brandon and thank Precision Garage Door!!

Precision Door Service did a great job fixing our garage door after a broken spring. They replaced both springs and the rollers, and the door now runs smoother and quieter than ever. Eric, our technician, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the repair clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was balanced and working properly before leaving. Great service. Online appointment on a Wednesday night, and service done by Friday. I knew the name of the technician before he arrived, on time, and very friendly. Brandon explained everything to us, and now I think my garage door is the best of the street.

Orlando was our technician and he did a wonderful job, my wife said he was very nice and helpful. He fixed everything that needed fixed and then went out of his way to get approval from his supervisor to fix a few other items for free of charge that we didn’t even know needed fixing and he also made other reasonable recommendations. I can tell you we will be using this company from now on for all our garage door needs. It’s less about the free fixes and more about the show of caring enough to do things like this and now they have one more loyal customer! Thanks Orlando, we appreciate you and the company!

Had a great experience from start to finish. They were able to come the same day. Had Eric M and he did an awesome job. He checked everything out and the motor was almost 30 years old and the springs were beginning to show a lot of wear. He explained everything that he felt would be necessary to repair to good working order. Eric M was knowledgeable, professional and so pleasant. After the needed repairs, he helped me sync the new opener to my vehicle and also introduced me to a new app allowing me to open and close door from my phone. Pricing was very reasonable and the service went above and beyond.

I contacted Precision Garage Door as our garage door was hit by one of our vehicles while backing out of the garage. Isaac W. from Precision Garage Door was dispatched to fix our garage door. Isaac assessed the damage and quoted me a price for the repair. He finished the repair in a timely fashion and the garage door is good as new! Isaac is a miracle worker!!!
