I received outstanding service! My elderly neighbor was very frightened because her garage door would not close. Within 2.5 hours of my call to Precision (on a Saturday) the technician was at her house, identified and fixed the issue. Not only was he an excellent and knowledgeable technician, he was kind and showed compassion to my neighbor. The door opens and closes soundlessly. Precision will be the only garage door company I will call in the future! Thanks so much, Eric!

Nick Z arrived and was courteous and professional. Assessed the problem with my garage door and provided me multiple options to address the issue and allowed me to choose the one that worked best for me financially. He also reiterated several times a safety issue with my garage door opener. Completed the job quicker than expected. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Appreciated his full explanation of what needed to be replaced and why. Great experience! Thanks! Lori A Mills

My garage door was making a "different" noise when it opened first thing in the morning only. Checked out your website (I've seen your ads), booked an appointment but got a call today saying a technician was available. Tony D came and pretty quickly assessed my noise issue which was an issue in the making. Tony was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. We received the quote, approved it and he made the repairs in a timely manner. Needed a few parts (rollers, bearings, torsion cables and shaft) and replaced the springs while we were at it. I like that your company makes it easy to schedule an appointment and like the notification that a tech is on the way etc. I'm a very satisfied new customer.

We have used Precision perviously and were pleased with the work they did. So of course we called again. Called this morning and we had service same day. Eric was our expert technician. He replaced weatherstripping on bottom on both garage doors and did a general tuneup. Eric is such a pleasant person and did an excellent job. Precision is our go too company for all things garage doors related. Thank you.

Ty was great. On time, very professional. The small gap on the bottom seal that he was concerned about sealed off after cycling the door a few times. As a first time home buyer, it's good to have a company I can trust.

Dakota was simply outstanding!! He was technically top notch! He was a great communicator, honest and he didn't try to sell me anything. It was obvious that the customer was his only priority. He exceeded all of my expectations and I recommend him 100% as well as Precision Garage Door.

Dakota T was very professional, kind, informative and answered all my questions so I could understand. The company kept me informed about a few minutes delay on his arrival which wasn’t a big deal. His slight delay actually worked out in my favor. Please thank Dakota T for everything. Great job!!
