My 27-year-old garage door and opener needed some attention. I called Precision based on a neighbor's recommendation. The technician, Drew T, was outstanding! He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to what was going on, then showed me and thoroughly explained, what was causing the issues. He presented me with multiple options for replacing the opener and repairing the door. It was a big job, but Drew was great, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Ty was our technician. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail to both my husband & I as to what was wrong with our overhead door and gave us several options / price ranges on what we could to fix the problem. We chose what we wanted done, and he was able to get it all done within a couple hours. Door works like new :) Absolutely pleased with the work that was done, and with the service!! One of the springs broke on my garage door, when I asked a few about who to use precision garage doors was brought up. When I have called other companies it has always been a few days before I can get on the schedule to be seen. But precision garage doors was able to fit me in right away. Dakota came out right on time and was very easy to work with. I work from home and sometimes things come up. He was so patient with me when I had to answer a work call. He did a very thorough investigation of the issue and a great job showing me the breakdown. Unfortunately, I did send a little more then I wanted be when the issue is bigger then what you see that can happen. I am very pleased with everything and will definitely recommend precision garage doors to others.

I could not be more pleased with the experience with Precision from start to finish! In discovering some loose/missing bolts in the track of the garage door, and the Precision sticker on the door of the garage of the house I recently bought, I figured my first step would be to call Precision and see if they could service the door (as I know nothing about garage doors, am new to the house, and in general do not know what I don't know). I was able to get an appt the very next morning conveniently fitting my schedule. Brandon called me en route, making me aware of his arrival time. His warm and conversational nature reminded me of calls with friends or family I have known for years. He was so personable and made me feel confident in meeting with him. Then, I received a text message from Precision that gave me details about Brandon - this was so unique! It indicated that Brandon is from the area, he is married with 2 kids, and that he has some hobbies, to include playing basketball and watching the Colts. I LOVE THIS SO MUCH! How often service techs show up at your house and are just....'strangers' - this is a WONDERFUL way for the company to bridge the relationship gap and start the service off positively! It allows there to be common ground and talking points - and helps the customer/tech relationship to form quickly. Brandon in general was SO personable and took the time to educate me where I needed it - without over/under-explaining. It is obvious that Precision prides itself on helping its customers make informed decisions that are right for the customer. Precision is willing to help the customer do what is best for them. You absolutely have a longterm customer here - I will 10000% be shouting praises and recommendations moving forward. Thank you for being a standup company, with EXCELLENT service techs who take pride in their work, treating your house as it was their own. I am very pleased, cannot say enough good about Brandon! Every technician we have worked with has been professional, experienced and personable. Austin D was our technician today to install a new garage door opener. He assessed the situation and provided a few options based on what he found, giving us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and the best one for us. Austin completed the installation of the new opener and all that goes with it in great time, and he also checked our existing door to make sure all parts under warranty were working as needed and it turns out, we needed a couple of part replacements. We truly appreciate Austin's attention to detail, and he was a pleasure to work with today.

I picked this company from various advertisements about Garage Door Companies. They sent a man named Tyler out to work on my garage door, which had a bad key pad outside and a motor that I knew had been here since the house was built in 2001. After looking at everything, and discussing all of my options, Tyler not only fixed my immediate issues but also suggested a belt instead of a chain to raise the garage door and take stress off the motor. His repairs and suggestions have now made our very heavy two car door easy to lift if the power goes out, has made the door run quietly where before you could hear the door opening throughout the house, and hooked us up with an app that can let us know when the door is opening or closing, and also operate the door from anywhere if needed. Tyler was knowledgeable, expedient, and very friendly to my wife and I. I would always recommend this company, especially Tyler, to any of my friends in need of repairs or replacements to their doors. Excellent!

I had a garage door catastrophe and called Precision Garage doors. The technician, Elliot, arrived in about two hours. He assessed my problems, pointed out the wear on each item and gave me price options for replacing the worn parts. He pointed out what had to be replaced in order to use my garage door, what should be replaced now and what should be replaced in the near future. I liked receiving options and chose to play it safe and get all worn parts replaced so I wouldn’t have a repeat of not being able to get my car out of the garage when I needed it. Elliot replaced the parts, showed me the worn parts, demonstrated how balanced my garage door is now and answered all my questions. If I ever have garage door problems in the future, I want Elliot to service the problem.
