Dakota came out this morning and fixed our garage door. He told us some of the reasons of could be and said he would check each one at a time before just doing everything. He showed us the problem and completed the job and solved the issue. He was a very nice gentleman and would recommend him to anyone having garage door issues. If we have any issues we will request him to do the work for us. Thank you so much. He made our day!!!! He only had to do some rewiring and with the sensors and brackets. We had some problems with the door responding to the remotes and wall switch! Precision Garage Door installed a new door in 2023 but we kept the existing opener/motor. We contacted them yesterday afternoon and out tech Chayse D. arrived this morning, analyzed the problem and installed a new opener! Great work done by Chayse! Joey was outstanding. Called to let me know when he would be here. He was on time and took the time to listen to my description of what the garage door was doing/wasn't doing. He inspected the door and quickly determined the root cause and took the steps to remedy the situation and completely serviced the entire door, bearings, hinges, rollers, reversed two of the top rollers for smooth operation. and realigned the motor assembly. His knowledge was evident and I am glad I have chosen Precision for all of my garage door needs! Bless the Precision Team! Did I mention the door is now operating as quiet as a mouse in church. :-)

I called this morning for the replacement or service on our garage door operator. It had stopped working right after the storm created a power surge. Precision said that they could get to us today. Their service technician arrived and immediately checked out the operator and inspected the overhead door. The technician was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable. My garage door motor was destroyed by storms yesterday. It was installed by Precision a little over 5 years ago so I made another call to the company I trusted and was not disappointed.
