Our technician, Elliott, was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He described thoroughly the options and reviewed the work after completion. If we require additional garage door work, I would be pleased to have him provide the service. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Precision to any friends needing similar service. Elliott left us with two (2) remote openers, which are not needed, because our vehicle has that capability built into it. Can those remotes be returned for a credit?

Tony from Precision Garage Door came to our home and did an extensive examination of our very old and very large garage door. He oiled all the rollers and the hinges and examined and cleaned the operator. He also furnished and programmed two remotes that now work perfectly. He also worked up a very detailed quote to replace the old large garage door and replace a barn doon with a garage door. Tony is the most professional, helpful, and friendly, service individual that we have had to our recently purchased 100-year-old home. Thank you, Precision Garage Door!

Repairman Brandon was polite, professional, understood my situation, and came up with a solution wherein I could have my garage fixed the same day. Brandon even blew all the leaves out of my garage. Five stars is not enough for Brandon. If I could give him 100 stars I would.

In less than 24 hours went from broken door to better than new. Eric G was fantastic called before the appointment to work out arrival time, explained everything right and wrong with my door then had it all wrapped up the same night. I received a text and phone call that Tony was on his way and got here at the specified time. After examination, Tony was very thorough on the condition of the garage door and the mechanics of it. Tony explained how all the parts need to function properly to have the door operate without undo stress on it and the opener. Very satisfied with Tony, his work and answering my questions during then repair.

From my initial phone call to set up an appointment to the finalization of the repairs I was met with friendly and professional people. Of particular note was Stuart, the technician who was sent. Great communication and work by Colin the Technician. Like everything about the experience except a $23 fuel charge?? Gasoline costs have been greatly reduced but companies keep sneaking in this additional cost. Second time I have used Precision. Happy with their work both times and will use again when needed.
