Excellent product and customer service. I received a whole new setup except the door itself last year. My technician Kevin had quite a job correcting a 20+year old unit and he did amazing. Started having an issue with the keypad recently and they set up appt for next day. The technician Ben was very pleasant and helpful getting it resolved and showed me what to do if it happens again. My day started off with my neighbor texting me that my garage door had been open for about an hour. I closed it. Then; while I was having lunch; it opened again. I reached out to Precision Garage Door around 12:30 PM and was able to obtain a service appointment for 2:00 PM. Around 1:30 PM the service technician assigned to me (Elliot S) called to confirm my availability and his ETA. He got to my home right on time and; after listening to my explaining the events of my 'ghost' garage door openings; started to investigate. He then approached me with two estimates outlining the work he proposed. I selected the complete replacement option and have not regretted my decision. After installation he walked me through the proper operation of everything and even re-programmed the Homelink system in my car. I was very impressed with both the equipment installed but also with the dedication of Elliot. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I t says when I booked the appointment that it was an $88.00 service charge that would would be waived if over $100.00. It cost me over $700 dollars and I was still charged $65.00 service charge plus I never received my veterans discount. I am disappointed at the total cost was that much just for rollers and to reprogram the remotes.

They did a great job! My garage door broke and wouldn't go up and down as the trolley gave out. I was expecting to need a new garage door, but Precision came out and said they could repair the issues and we could keep our door no problem. The door was very old and had springs that were way too small for the weight of the door. They replaced my springs with the proper size, new rollers, cables, bearing plates, and a new trolley. My door has never lifted so easily and quietly before. They did it all same day, walked me through everything, gave me options to allow me to decide what I'd like to do. Professional, kind and easy to work with.

Precision came highly recommended from my brother, so I called. They had an opening within 24 hours (we had an issue, but not a "fix it NOW" issue), so we made the appointment. I got a call from our tech, Austin, saying he was about 20 minutes out. I got a text from Precision giving us his name and some information about him. He arrived within 20 minutes. Austin was courteous, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to complete service to our 30+ years old garage doors. Eric was the technician who came to service my door. I was in need of a new motor and there were three choices. He went over each option explaining the benefits of each and helped me reach my decision based on need and financial consideration. He worked very diligently installing all of the new items I needed. He is a very articulate young man and a very conscientious one too. When he was finished he went over my bill with me explaining the charges.
