I had a new garage door opener installed, side mount, and was concerned about the way it was closing. Not used to a side mount motor and being new, I called to set an appointment. Eric, the gentleman who originally installed it, arrived on time and everything is normal !! Eric is an asset to your company ! Great person and tech ! Thank you for the years of service.

Kevin and his associate were very thorough and professional. I would say they went over and above my expectations. I would also like to mention that the two young ladies that assisted me when I visited your office to purchase a wall console were very helpful as well.

We have utilized folks several times over the years for different service needs. Your techs are very professional and knowledgeable. I've been a direct salesperson for over 40+ years and have been providing compressed air equipment solutions for almost 20 years. I expect and appreciate the same good service I deliver throughout the state of Indiana. your Precision techs knock it out of the park every time. If only ALL contractors delivered the same quality! If I was responsible for hiring techs for the company I represent, I would hire every tech that I have encountered with your company. Hope you are paying them well, or someone will steal them away. Good people are hard to find.

I was very pleased with the work Precision Door did in repairing my garage door. The technician, Kalu, arrived on time, did a careful inspection of the door, and presented me with various options, from just replacing the broken spring, to replacing other parts too that were extremely worn. They sent someone out to look at it within an hour of our call! Our technician, Orlando, was great. After explaining our options, he installed our new opener (motor), key pad, and new parts to the door. He was professional, courteous and explained everything very well. I’ve been a customer for 5 years, ever since the installation of a new garage door opener and all the trimmings, with the exception of the actual door. The ability to book an appointment online and have a service call. The following day was so convenient. Providing a short bio of the service person who was coming, helped me feel more comfortable with meeting him. This is a great feature. Teddy was the utmost professional in his demeanor, appearance and communication. He was so nice and personable so it made me comfortable dealing with him. He kept me informed at every step of the process and provided several options for my repair work. The best thing he did was ask me at the beginning of the appointment about my objective for the service call. I told him I wanted a working garage door and even though it was pretty major repair, he stayed until the job was finished and I could use my garage again. Plus, he even swept out my garage! I spoke with Andi? several times and she was keeping me in the loop about Teddy’s scheduling. She has a great customer service attitude and was so friendly. I highly recommend Teddy and the staff at Precision for any garage door issues.

We heard a loud pop and realized that we needed a repairman. Called and someone was there the next morning. Tony was our technician and he explained what was wrong in great detail. He gave us options for all of the parts and costs for different levels of repair. He was very efficient and completed the job in a short period of time.
