Great experience. Brandon was polite and explained everything. He listened to what my concern was and addressed it. I only needed a tune up but was concerned about the company who had installed it. He reassured me that the installation was fine and tuned it up so that it is running quieter. I would recommend this company to all.

I chose Precision because of the recommendations on my neighborhood Facebook page, and am glad I did. We had a technician, Ty, come out on a Sunday morning. I thought for sure our garage door was unfixable, but sure enough Ty had us back in business! Ty explained everything he would be doing and showed us what parts needed replaced. The price was also less than I anticipated spending on my garage door mishap. We will definitely be using Precision when we need to replace our door.

I chose Precision because I had them come out about 20yrs ago and they did a great job on my garage door. I had them over today and again the service man was great just like the one 20yrs ago was he got the job done very fast and he explained everything I needed too know about my door and gave me prices on the work that might need to be done in the future. The man I had out today was one of the best service people I have ever had his name was Ben H. he was very good. I will be calling again if I need to and will tell people about Precision. One other thing I would like to thank you for is your fast service to take care of my problem.The lady that took care of my call was very good too.

I called Precision Garage Door Service and Brandon arrived within 3 hours. He diagnosed the problem and provided me with 2 options without any pressure. He fixed our door within an hour and now our door works just fine. Brandon was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great experience from the start. Communication was excellent from the schedulers and the technician. Made suggestions on what could be replaced / made better... but no pressure at all. Our neighbor recommended Precision after he saw us trying to manually open the door. I called at 7:27pm (3 minutes before close), spoke to Scott who was able to schedule me for the next morning. Brandon showed up after calling. He went over my options after doing a full inspection on both doors. I was only able to do the major repairs on our double door, though he did let me know the spring on the single door was old and could possibly break (but $$ couldn't do). I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone!

I have use Presicion Garage Door before and I like the service that they will do. I had problems with my phone app using the garage door opening and closing. So Joe came and took care of it and beyond. I asked for another clipped remote control and also he reprogram all that need to be done. So now I have clipped remotes, phone remote and in vehicles remote. All working great for now. Thanks so much for doing this.

Fixed my spring in an hour and had same day appointment. I joked with Eric about a discount, and he showed me all of the price savings for the promotions. I would absolutely recommend and use again.

I choose Precision because two of my neighbors highly recommend your Company. I called and the tech was here the next day exactly when the scheduled appointment was. My technician was Kevin. He exceeded my expectations. Customer Service was outstanding. He introduced himself, was courteous, patient and most of all listened to my concerns. When he was finished, he took me around and showed me exactly what he had done. We checked to make sure everything was working. Personally, I would hire Kevin any day of the week. Thank you very much

I found Precision on a google search. Orlando came to my house and thoroughly explained everything, and made the necessary repairs under the time he quoted. I'm an old mechanic by trade, upon inspection of the old parts, it was exactly as he stated. He made repairs to the springs, replaced bearings that were trashed, and quoted me a reasonable price. He was here and gone in less time than I expected. This is a classy act. Maybe the classiest repair company I have ever ran across. I would recommend Precision in a heartbeat, and will be calling them next time I need service. Thanks again for a job well done.

THE MAN WHO SERVICED OUR GARAGE DOOR ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND, AFTER ASKING SEVERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PROBLEM, HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK SOLVING IT. HE OFFERED SEVERAL OPTIONS WITH ESTIMATES FOR EACH.ONCE WE MADE OUR CHOICE HE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY COMPLETED THE WORK. Oh we definitely swiped right for Colin 100% We weren't sure if we signed up for a date or a repair with the confirmation text we got lol. Colin was excellent all the way around. We had a broken spring that needed replaced for sure but he also informed us of all the other issues we had that we did not know about. He was not a "salesman" about it just fully informative or what parts were weak and was not pushy about a sale other than what we originally called for. Very professional while also able to laugh and be personable at the same time while also saving us a little money as well. Highly recommend Colin for any service you need. He still didn't give a clear answer if we were goin kayaking together or not after the service was completed but we have high hopes still. 10/10 still recommend company and Colin with one "L"
