When the job was done, they also helped us program the openers in our cars which saved us some time.

Recently, it started making all kinds of noises—like Precision Garage Door says, “it was talking to me.” So I called this morning, and they were able to get me on the schedule the same afternoon. Eric, our technician, did a very thorough inspection of all the moving parts. The bearings, rod, and springs were clearly showing wear after all these years. He walked me through what needed to be done, provided a clear quote, and explained how the repairs would help ensure the door runs smoothly for years to come. The best part—he had all the necessary parts in his van and completed the work in about an hour and a half. While it ended up costing a bit more than I initially expected, it was work that needed to be done, and Eric did an excellent job. The difference is incredible—I can barely hear the door when it opens and closes now. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, especially if you’re like me and have put off maintenance for a while.
