Precision’s crew is professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Mark explained what he was doing and why and then made the repair. There was no pressure to up-sale, he explained why a repair would be beneficial and helpful long term. I couldn’t ask for better service!

Have used your company for many years & have never been disappointed. The technician, Ty was professional, courteous, explained everything in detail and demonstrated my new garage door opener to me. As an older lady, this was very helpful. He arrived on time and cleaned up, to include sweeping my garage. He is a definite asset to your company.

Drew arrived right on time and quickly assessed the problem. He gave me three options for repairing the problem. One I decided how I wanted to handle it, he quickly got to work and was finished in a few hours. He explained everything he had done and made sure I understood everything. The price was reasonable and all done very professionally. I would definitely use them again.

Teddy F was friendly, thorough and presented as a professional. He looked at my garage door, assessed the problem and provided options, which I really appreciated. He followed with providing a cost breakdown of those options, allowed me to choose what I was comfortable with, and didn’t make any promises for the future, while providing enough information for me to make an intelligent decision.

Tony at Precision Garage Door Service provided exceptional service from start to finish. He arrived right on time, maintained complete professionalism, and was extremely polite throughout the whole job. Before starting, Tony clearly walked me through all available options so I felt confident in my decisions. He kept me updated on his progress every step of the way, making the whole process seamless and worry-free. Beyond completing the repairs, he took the extra time to help me set up the app and thoroughly demonstrated all of its features. I could not be happier with the experience and highly recommend Tony and Precision Garage Door Service.

My first appointment was canceled 30 mins into the window of service (September 9) causing me to reorganize the second afternoon to get my garage repaired. For this I would have given a rating of 4 stars or below. However, Tyler did a great job. He was courteous and answered all my questions. Do, after thought, he’s the reason I gave 5 stars and not lower!!

I’ve used other garage door companies before but, I never will again after using Precision! Eric Gellenbeck answered my call when he was about to leave for vacation, made the appointment and I got a text within minutes confirming said appointment. Stand up guy, stand up service. My only complaint is that the pricing seemed a little high for 2hrs worth of work.
