I would definitely recommend Precision. Easy online scheduling. They send a bio of the serviceperson in advance so you know who is coming to your house. Dakota was extremely professional, worked thoroughly to identify the problem and present us with options and explain the problems and the outcomes of repairing or delaying the repairs. We were experiencing difficulty with our 18 year old garage door opener. I found a decal that Precision had placed on the inside of our garage door back in 2013 and applied for a service request with Precision's website. It was fairly easy to request service, and appreciated their listing of available appointment times by the day. I picked one that was the next day. After the inspection of the door that took 15 minutes, the tech explained what was necessary. Lot's of options and pricing to choose from. We decided to proceed with the install and it was done in about 3-1/2 hours. Cleanup and haul away of the older unit components. In addition, the tech programmed our vehicle to open the garage door from the inside of our car. Nice experience.

It started out with a call to Precision Garage Door and hearing a human on the other end of the line. The appointment process was smooth and efficient. Our technician "Mike" arrived promptly and assessed the issues we were having with our doors and went to work. We were offered a good, better, best scenario for material and warranties to remedy our issues. The job was complete in under 2 hours and the doors were working better than when originally installed. Super easy and fast scheduling. I was placed on an appointment almost immediately and my technician, Andrew S was over to me slightly after 10am in my four window. Insane timing and even better service. Andrew S IS a complete asset, so nice and detailed. He made me feel very comfortable and was very honest up front about the work and what needed done. He might've left with my door fixed, but what he really did was make sure my family was safe, comfortable and happy, couldn't recommend him more.

I called about an issue we were having with one of our garage doors, no real hurry to schedule but they were able to send Ben out that same day (Friday) which was great. He had to get a new handle/lock from the office so he came back out on Monday and installed that as well as new rollers on both doors. Teddy F did an excellent job helping us with our garage door problem. The garage door was not able to open, and Teddy F found that a lawn mower was blocking the light indicator and stopped the garage door from opening. Once the lawn mower was moved the garage door worked perfectly! The pull down cord that opens the garage door manually had broken when we tried to open th garage door ourselves and Teddy was able to ReAttach the cord again. He oiled the track of the garage door so it will run smoothly. We were only charged for a service call with no overtime even though it was a Saturday. I also want to mention the friendliness of the staff who set up the appointment, and kept me notified when Teddy F would be arriving. Precision Garage Doors is the company I will be using for all my garage door problems from now on!
