From the moment I called to make an appointment and speak to the representative on the phone, its been a pleasurable experience. She was amazing and helpful. I wish I had her name. As for the technician who came to the house, his name was Marcus and he’s probably the best mannered representative I’ve ever had in my home doing work. He was experienced and he saved me a lot of money from not having to replace the garage door and he was managed to fix it to where it was absolutely perfect. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and he did it perfectly and beautifully. I will definitely do business with Precision garage door again

Isaac was wonderful. I had a doctors appointment at 1 pm and he diagnosed the problem with the opener, provided options for repair and replace, and installed a new opener as we chose the most reliable option. He was very helpful and got our problem resolved well in time for me to get ready and be at the doctors office on time. After the terrible weather last week and still hanging on, I was very afraid that we'd be unable to leave as necessary, so thanks for scheduling our service early and thanks to Isaac for his great work.

When I called for service, my appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Kevin and Tyler were right on time. They took a look at my problem...and after some investigation, they found a couple of other concerns that needed taken care of. I agreed, and they started working. Within 3 hours, they were done with the repairs...and in my opinion, went above and beyond. Great with explanations! Dakota T was awesome in locating the issue that was causing my garage door to act on its own and sister with the other garage door at my house. He identified other issues that needed to be addressed due to the size of the motor that will allow that motors life to extend. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional.

Marquis discovered the problem with my opener very quickly. He showed me the burned out circuit board and I was relieved that a fire had not started because of the short circuits. After he installed the new opener and parts he showed me how everything worked and told me what to do if there was ever a problem. Marquis exceeded my expectations throughout the visit. He completed everything in a timely manner, cleaned up all debris, was polite and courteous. He is the kind of employee that is hard to find and definitely a keeper! Great job, well done!

Service was great! I scheduled in advance online at a time convenient for me. Technician Brandon called ahead to let me know he was en route. Fixed my door in the same visit and did a complete checkup on the door and opener. He gave me options without pressure to get the door working and some insights on my aging opener (1997!). Polite, respectful, professional...thanks for being the best.

My garage door was bowed by an impact on the inside of the door. The service tech came out; quickly analyzed the problem and solution and completed the repair in just minutes. While there he also realigned the sensors on another door and lubricated all three doors. He was very professional, very helpful and great to work with.

Precision has always been my garage door company of choice. From the installation of two doors with openers in a 100-year-old home, to repair of those doors many years later. Booked service online for the next day. Dispatch kept me updated that my tech would be delayed due to a previous job. Isaac was a FANTASTIC tech. Very personable, knew exactly what needed fixed, and broke down what should be done now vs what could wait for future maintenance/replacement. I have been very happy with this company for many years, over a decade. When my wife and I purchased a new home (31 years old), we decided to upgrade all of the hardware on the garage door. This recent service was to replace the rubber bottom of the door, and the side molding so that not even a spider could get into the garage, much less mice. (Prior to this repair not only could mice march right in, but the warm air in the garage was leaking out fast to the very cold outdoors.)
