Hello! I recently had an issue with my garage door opener. After trying to get a convenient repair order placed within a reasonable amount of time for my door, I contacted Precision Garage Door. They sent a technician on the same day, and within three hours had ALL of my issues handled! I am so appreciative. The Technician (Ben i believe) was excellent, thorough and really the time to explain what he thought were next best steps, which we went ahead and handled that day. Before he left, i received a complete walk through and now know that my garage door service will be done by Precision going forward! I've sent to relatives and friends their contact info and for sure, I've done that know that they will get professional, first class service IF and when they need it! I called because I used your service twice in the past. As with most situations when you can’t use your garage you look for the quickest solution. Precision was able to provide same day service although I didn’t contact any other companies. Brandon was very professional and knew both the products and installation process. I ended up purchasing a complete new system. Although I’m happy with the overall result, I felt the price was a bit higher than it should have been.

This is the second time I have used Precision. This company is all about the customer. The first time my springs broke and they worked with me on the price, This call was my safety sensors, Tyler fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He charged me for the service call and that was it. Both techs that showed up were mega nice and professional! You can tell the owner takes care of their techs, Don’t use anyone but Precision door, thanks so much

I called on a Tuesday evening regarding a spring replacement, and technicians were on-site first thing Wednesday morning. They were very courteous, professional, informative, and a pleasure to be around. Since my garage door had been damaged from a collision a couple years ago, the technicians identified other failed/failing parts and provided many options for repair and/or replacement. Less than two hours later my garage door is basically brand new, and I appreciate that they provide military discounts as well. Precision will be my go-to service provider for any garage door needs.

He explained thourghly the service he was completing and why it was necessary. He even adjusted and serviced issues that were still under warranty to correct a few things that had nothing to do with why he was called.
