My spring on the garage door broke last evening. I called Precision Garage Doors, and they scheduled promptly for Tuesday morning. I was surprised when I received a text message that the technician, Stuart Nicholas, could arrive 2 hours earlier. Stuart need a complete “check up”, and we both decided on my next course of action. Stuart was fabulous! He did the work in a timely manner, was personable, friendly, and professional. If I were allowed, I would rate the overall experience 10 stars!

I called Precision from a Google search I made for garage door repair work near me. Their location and advertised same day service is why I chose to call them. My first service was because my door opener would not work. They installed a new opener that is belt driven and sized correctly in the same day from call to service to complete. The tech was well versed at the repair, explained every thing including the cost, with options that fit my needs. A year later I needed to call for service again because the door spring snapped. This was ware on the coolers in the track as well. Again I got the same great service from first call to finished all in the same day. Both techs were amazing sharing their knowledge explaining each repair in detail, providing options, with a same day completion of the repair. Her explanations were thorough and easy to understand. When Eric "M"., the technician, arrived, he showed impressive ability and professionalism, walking us through the problem and practical solutions in detail. He finished the job not only swiftly but also ahead of schedule, followed by a meticulous quality check. Eric "M". shared all options for repair, tune-up, and replacement, including an available military discount, yet never pressured us. After wrapping up, he left the area spotless. A few years ago, I had Precision replace and repair parts on my garage door opener. I was so satisfied with the quietness of the closing of the door. My neighbor was so stunned by how quiet it settled that she called Precision to work on her door. I thought it was time to service the door before winter sets in. Ted was the technician who came. I initially had a broken spring on my 35 year old garage door. The door/parts were noisy and clunky opening/closing. Eric G. got right to work. I was very impressed with his professionalism, detail and quality of work. He explained everything and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Yes, my service call was for a broken spring, but Eric showed me rollers, cables, bearings that were on the verge of breaking (I got 35 years out of them). Of the 5 garage door companies I called, I have thankful I went with Precision as my garage door is extremely quiet and smooth operating now. Eric and Precision did an outstanding job, well done!

Great experience using Precision! I was referred to them by a neighbor. The technician, Colin, arrived within the timeframe scheduled. He was very courteous and friendly. After examining the door, he explained to me and showed me the problems and what needed to be fixed. He also told me what the cost would be and offered possible alternatives for some items. He repaired the door in time for me to get to an appointment, and the door is actually working better than ever before! Colin was very pleasant and fun to talk with. He made an unfortunate situation into a good experience!
