My detached garage stopped working during the recent cold snap. I scheduled my appointment online, which was very convenient. The technician contacted me within the appointment window and was very personable and gave me an accurate ETA. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. I was shown the problem as well as the various solutions to correct the problem, all without the feel of a high pressure sales tactic.The questions I had were answered professionally and honestly which allowed me to choose the best option for me. This is my second time using Precision Garage Door and I highly recommend them.

I have used Precision in the past and have been happy with their service. The technician, Elliot, who came to service my garage door this time was courteous, personable, and competent. He described the reason my door was not working, discussed the condition of the rest of the door, told me what would absolutely have to be replaced and suggested other parts that were worn out and should be replaced. He gave me a clear understanding of the costs and helped me decide the best way to repair my door and stay within my budget. He even repaired two smaller issues I was having with the light and outside panel that I couldn't resolve myself. He left the work area clean and neat and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns before he left. I am impressed with the quality of the work and the people and would recommend Precision to anyone.

My dad is the one that bought the garage door and watched him install the whole thing. . My dad was so impressed with this young man. My dads has told me twice about how he never backed tract on anything he done and if he (my dad) was hiring this guy would definitely have a job. He will have another garage door install after it gets warm. Takes a lot to impress an 80 year old man that was once a supervisor but this guy really did. Thank you for such great service. I chose your company based on reviews online. I thought your truck charge was reasonable. I had an unexpected inability to get home to meet him and only spoke with him over the phone. We had already researched our problems so I wasn't surprised at what he suggested and was very pleased that he didn't try to oversell us on anything that was working well, and gave us an idea of how long they expect the various components to last.
