The advertisement in the Reach booklet, information on your website, plus a referral from a family member guided me to call. The individual who answered the phone was very pleasant. The service technician, Eric M., was prompt, polite and very helpful. He identified the issue with the garage door opener, and explained all of the options available. He completed the installation of the new opener in a very timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly after. He did a great job! I will definitely use them for any future issues.

We had an issue with our car and handheld opener would occasionally not open or close the garage doors. Mike was able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution. From the moment I called for a quote I was impressed. They were kind, honest and helpful. The communication was fantastic! They called to give me an estimate of when Brandon was going to be there and when he was running late they called again to let me know! Brandon and Jared were great as well! Professional and gave us all the options. They went the extra mile and stayed until after 6p to complete the job and make sure we got the app downloaded and the keypad programmed. I was having problems with my garage door, staying closed after the snowstorm about a month ago and so it just would leave it barely open and when the weather finally got nice enough, I went out and checked to see if there was any obstructions and even swept the bottom of the garage door earlier today it still wasn’t working, so I called and a technician (Elliot S) came out promptly and as I’m showing him what’s going on wouldn’t you know, it worked just fine. But because I had already made the call he just told me that he would just check it out and make sure everything was working properly and he was very very nice.
