Our technician Peter was very helpful and provided good service. My only complaint is we bought a new garage opener three years ago and spent a lot for it. Now three years later a small plastic part inside the unit has a hairline fracture and my door will not work and nothing really happened to cause it to break. And there is no warranty on any of it.

I chose to have my 2024 new Precision Garage Door serviced each fall prior to winter weather. This includes all point checks of tracks and electric equipment; lubing the tracks, springs, rollers and opener. The Techs (Eric and Chase) arrived timely, were pleasant and efficient, listened to and answered my inquiries, and I am confident I will experience no issues throughout the coming winter months. Precision Garage Door had offered the same efficient repairs as needed on my old garage door, and I am so happy with the new insulated garage door replacement. I am always granted an appointment either same day or next day, regardless of the purpose of my request, which I consider to be a major plus. Yesterday morning, I had an unexpected issue with my garage door and wasn't sure what to expect when I called for help. The person who answered my call asked a few questions and then said, “We can be there between 10 and 1 p.m.” I was honestly so relieved to know I could get same-day service. When Clayton arrived, he was courteous, friendly, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. When I didn't quite understand something the first time, he patiently re-explained it until I did. He never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable asking questions. It's rare to work with a company where you feel completely at ease during an unexpected and stressful home repair, but that was absolutely my experience with Precision Door.
