Dakota came out this morning and fixed our garage door. He told us some of the reasons of could be and said he would check each one at a time before just doing everything. He showed us the problem and completed the job and solved the issue. He was a very nice gentleman and would recommend him to anyone having garage door issues. If we have any issues we will request him to do the work for us. Thank you so much. He made our day!!!! He only had to do some rewiring and with the sensors and brackets. We had some problems with the door responding to the remotes and wall switch! Precision Garage Door installed a new door in 2023 but we kept the existing opener/motor. We contacted them yesterday afternoon and out tech Chayse D. arrived this morning, analyzed the problem and installed a new opener! Great work done by Chayse! He is a true Pro who cares about the Customer! Thanks PGD for your great response!
