We had a service tech out within the day we called. Drew, our tech, was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener, and offered us options for the repair. Once we decided what made sense for our situation, Drew proceeded to complete the repair. Because we opted for a new mechanism to replace our old and no longer functional one, Drew actually helped us to sync the garage door opener to our cars and to download the new technology available for our phones. Wow! That part was incredibly helpful for a couple of old folks with less than expert technology skills. Drew was great. We would recommend Precision to others without reservation. The door even sounds good--meaning it scarcely makes a sound. Thanks!

Nick and Mark did a great job replacing a broken spring on one of our garage doors. I purchased an upgraded spring, upgraded rollers, drums etc. Nick also repaired a portion of the track that was bent. I also purchased upgraded rollers for our other door too. New support bars for both doors too. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable as well.

Not only was I able to book a Saturday appointment on a late Friday evening, but after the field sales rep came by, he had a technician stop in later to get my garage door closed while we got our new one scheduled to be installed. Top notch service and very nice people to work with. Also helps that it was very affordable.

On time & great service. Nick lead me through the process of how to decide determining what needed to be replaced along with which products best fit our needs. Very thorough with his explanations. Nick even paired the remote to the Bluetooth in my SUV. Nick & the trainer(sorry but can’t remember his name) cleaned up after themselves nicely! Obviously, if we need garage door service again, we call Precision Door!

Had to get torsion spring replaced on my single garage door. Called Precision and got a quote off the bat which was pretty reasonable. Got same day repair appointment Infact to begin in couple of hours. Brandon showed up on time, very courteous, helpful and willing to go extra mile gave me a few options and executed what I chose. Gave me some tips for garage maintenance, suggested some maintenance and was very professional. He was done within 30 mins and my door was up and running without issues. Thank you for taking care of our garage door so quickly and professionally.

Ty A came and did an outstanding job. Replaced the back up battery for my opener. Checked both doors for any potential problems. Installed a new retainer and bottom rubber for my door. He was very honest and friendly. I have used Precision Door many times over the years. Definitely recommend them. I give them and Ty both 5 stars!

My garage door bent and came off the tracks. I was in a hurry and had a super busy day and was hoping to be able to resolve this quickly. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent a technician out within 30 minutes. Tony, was my technician who called before he came, arrived promptly, and was very professional. He kept me informed of the process the entire time letting me know what would be needed for my repair, the cost, and he didn't try to sale me anything I didn't need or overcharge me. The service was quick and I was able to go on about my day. Tony was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I did not meet the sales person however my wife Melissa told me that the person was very pushy and was always trying to up sale the call we end up spending 450.00 just to get him the leave would not call them in the future They are not a customer service company would recommend to look elsewhere
