I was having problems with my garage door, staying closed after the snowstorm about a month ago and so it just would leave it barely open and when the weather finally got nice enough, I went out and checked to see if there was any obstructions and even swept the bottom of the garage door earlier today it still wasn’t working, so I called and a technician (Elliot S) came out promptly and as I’m showing him what’s going on wouldn’t you know, it worked just fine. But because I had already made the call he just told me that he would just check it out and make sure everything was working properly and he was very very nice.

I am not satisfied with the outcome of services as the cost balloon to an unexpected larger sum amount. Originally I intended to replace apiece of rubber at the bottom of the door and services in general. I had thought that a budget amount around $300.00 is reasonable. As it turned out, two springs were replaced costing $500.00 plus parts. The garage opener was functioning before springs replacement, however it became malfunctioning after technician trying to adjust ( not sure why ). He even commented on the commercial quality of the opener which allowed garage door still working from one side of the spring. It was a totally unexpected turn of event that I am very disappointed in the services. More importantly the total cost of replacing the opener which added up to over $ 1,200.00. I am anxious to speak to the owner of Precision at the earliest opportunity.

I called at 4 pm when my garage door failed to open and left me locked out of my house on a freezing Sunday. Precision was in my driveway within the hour and Orlando was my very capable and welcome service technician. He was able to lift the garage door enough to slide under for entry to unlock my front door. He assessed the damage including a broken spring and recommended a selection of replacement options. He replaced everything we discussed in a couple hours. So efficient!! So pleasant to do business with!!! Thankyou so much..highly recommend Orlando and Precision

I was MORE than pleased with my experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Everyone was very professional and yet still friendly. The technician, Brandon, was at our door within 24 hours of my call for help. He was outstanding! He explained all that was wrong with the door and gave us several options on how to rectify the problem. There were numerous items that had to be replaced... the door was about 13 years old. He was very thorough in the repairs, and he made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. He even did a rundown of the new remotes and attached hardware that was installed. He even made sure there were no unanswered questions before he left even though he had already been here for several hours (bless his heart!) Precision Garage Door Service will be the company we use the next time we need service. I highly recommend them! Susan

Friendly and professional company. Drew, our tech, was here promptly and explained options clearly and with no pressure. He was very knowledgeable and quickly and efficiently made the needed repairs. We had him out a second time to replace the seal under the door, and again, Drew did a great job! There is no question who we will call and request for future garage door needs.

I had extensive repairs to my garage door in the middle of a brutal cold snap. The technician did a great job. He was patient in explaining the pros and cons of the options. From the moment I called to make an appointment and speak to the representative on the phone, its been a pleasurable experience. She was amazing and helpful. I wish I had her name. As for the technician who came to the house, his name was Marcus and he’s probably the best mannered representative I’ve ever had in my home doing work. He was experienced and he saved me a lot of money from not having to replace the garage door and he was managed to fix it to where it was absolutely perfect. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and he did it perfectly and beautifully. I will definitely do business with Precision garage door again
