My garage door was in need of repair and I had seen many positive reviews for Precision on previous occasions. I had always used Overhead Door for my garage door needs but thought I would give precision a shot at earning my business. Boy did they ever come through! I booked my appointment with a very helpful and friendly associate on the phone and we set a date for the repair. I recieved timely emails and text message keeping me apprised with the appointment particulars. This morning when Brandon R arrived, he was very courteous and professional and we went to the repair location to assess which direction the repair needed to proceed. He asked a great first question, "what are your expectations?" Having been a former franchise owner/operator I knew at that moment that he had been properly trained in customer service etiquette. I shared with him my desired outcomes and he laid out in detail what the options were that would help me achieve my objectives. He then proceeded to do the repairs exactly as I had requested. When he was finished with the work we revisted the completed work and again he thouroughly explained the outcomes that I could expect with the repairs that I had chosen. His product knowledge, professionalism, customer service attitude and attention detail has made me a Precision customer going forward. We had 2 - 9 foot doors replaced last year and I was getting some noise from the doors going up and down. I called Precision door back up. They came out the same day checked everything out and they worked great. Outstanding service would highly recommend.

They set my time window from 9am to 11am. Greg M texted me at 8am to confirm and showed up right at 9am. In addition to the broken spring, he found that the bearings were shot. In about an hour, he fixed the issues and serviced the hinges on both garage doors. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis in general, and Greg M. in particular. Hopefully we can request him personally for any future garage door service needs.

I received outstanding service! My elderly neighbor was very frightened because her garage door would not close. Within 2.5 hours of my call to Precision (on a Saturday) the technician was at her house, identified and fixed the issue. Not only was he an excellent and knowledgeable technician, he was kind and showed compassion to my neighbor. The door opens and closes soundlessly. My garage door was making a "different" noise when it opened first thing in the morning only. Checked out your website (I've seen your ads), booked an appointment but got a call today saying a technician was available. Tony D came and pretty quickly assessed my noise issue which was an issue in the making. Tony was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. We received the quote, approved it and he made the repairs in a timely manner. Needed a few parts (rollers, bearings, torsion cables and shaft) and replaced the springs while we were at it. I like that your company makes it easy to schedule an appointment and like the notification that a tech is on the way etc. I'm a very satisfied new customer.
