We had used Precision while living in our previous home and was greatly satisfied with the service. When our door wouldn't budge, we called Precision because of the excellent service we had received previously. Our service guy was Cole. Very polite and explained everything clearly. He did an excellent job of replacing parts and cleaning up afterwards. We appreciated Precision's customer service! No doubt as garage door parts break down we will call Precision EVERY TIME!

Wonderful job completed! Tony did a great job with giving a quote and then replacing 2 springs. Cables and bearings! After the quote from the time he started the work to completion was only around 45 minutes or less. Wonderful technician!! All for a reasonable charge. Precision installed new garage doors for us in January. We had a problem today with our keypad so I called them for help. They did an excellent job. I have been completely satisfied with any work. They have done for me.

My garage door stopped working Thursday night. I called to schedule an appt. Saturday, Vladimir arrived, it was decided to replaced the opener and springs. Make the door more secure, move a switch for ease. Vladimir was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was glad that I had called Precision Garage Doors for help. I will call them if and when I ever need help in the future with my garage door.

Precision Garage Door immediately provided great service when our garage door spring broke & our door was also damaged. Teddy & Dakota arrived that same afternoon to replace the spring, then we decided to buy a new insulated garage door, too. I would give more than 5 stars if they were available. From the ladies on the phone to our service technician, Brandon R., we couldn't be more pleased. The lady from the office (sorry can't remember her name) kept us informed of the arrival time and made sure we were ok with a possible delay. Brandon arrived well inside the 2-hour window and listened when I explained our problem. He knew what our problem was right away explained solutions and gave us the choice of repair options and the timing to do the repairs. We didn't feel pressured on any decisions. I chose Precision because it had a local office and I had received an ad with a coupon for a service call if repair work was done. The technician who came promptly was very pleasant and listened carefully to my description of the problem. (Sorry, I don’t remember his name) . His diagnosis of the problem was quick and accurate. I had worked on the unit before and thought I knew where to look first. I was dead wrong. The repair was quick and the bill less than what I had expected. thanks for a job well done. JG

Service was incredibly good! I’d give it 10 stars. Initial phone call was answered very promptly and professionally. An appointment was set up for the next day (amazing), and Elliot the technician who came to our home was fantastic. We moved into an old home one month ago and two garage doors weren’t functioning. Elliot had to make several repairs/adjustments and got the doors working smoothly even though it was a cold snowy day. He could not have been more personable and professional.

We had our main garage door overhauled this past summer to include a new opener. The technician that they sent out did a great job. We just recently started to have intermittent problems with the door not closing, so I called the office to schedule a service call. Tony D. called when he was on his way and was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He fixed the problem in just a few minutes and then looked at both doors to make sure that all was in good order. When we need more work done, I'll be sure to ask for Tony.
