Dakota T showed up right when he said he would. Called prior to appointment and let me know when to expect him. Super nice guy and very personable. Turns out I needed an entire new opener because my motor was fried on my 25 year old unit. Dakota went through my options and explained exactly what was happening. I did not enjoy having to spend the money to replace the entire unit but that is what it was calling for. He had it installed quickly and went through it all with me and helped get the wi-fi system set up also. Very patient and thorough especially given the fact it was about 15 degrees outside. I have to say my door is uber quiet now and opens very calmly unlike my old unit which seemed to jerk the door. Dakota did a terrific job and everything looks great.

We had used Precision garage door service a few years ago. So when we had a spring break on our garage door we called them again. Eric M. was the technician that came to see us. He was on time and listened as we explained the problem we were having. After looking over our garage door and opener he explained clearly what was needed. After we approved the work to be done, he started the job right away. After the parts were replaced (springs, rollers, and cables) he gave us a summary of the overall job.

Serviced the garage door and showed me parts that needed to be replaced no pressure which I appreciate. I replaced the ones that were the most important and will replace the others in time. We had service for the first time with Percision Garage door. Drew T. Was our tech and recommended what we needed. We replaced several things including springs wheel cables etc. The door is 21 years old and we used another company for 21 years! We wanted to try Percision Garage doors for the first time and they are in Noblesville. I highly recommend them. Drew was awesome and very knowledgeable and very polite.
