We had an excellent experience with Precision. We had them out to check out the problems we were having with both of our garage doors. Our technician was Marquis E. and he was outstanding! He quickly found out all of our problems and gave us multiple options and price points on how to solve our garage door problems. He was patient with us in our decision process. Service was great! I scheduled in advance online at a time convenient for me. Technician Brandon called ahead to let me know he was en route. Fixed my door in the same visit and did a complete checkup on the door and opener. He gave me options without pressure to get the door working and some insights on my aging opener (1997!). Polite, respectful, professional...thanks for being the best.

My garage door was bowed by an impact on the inside of the door. The service tech came out; quickly analyzed the problem and solution and completed the repair in just minutes. While there he also realigned the sensors on another door and lubricated all three doors. He was very professional, very helpful and great to work with.

Precision has always been my garage door company of choice. From the installation of two doors with openers in a 100-year-old home, to repair of those doors many years later. Booked service online for the next day. Dispatch kept me updated that my tech would be delayed due to a previous job. Isaac was a FANTASTIC tech. Very personable, knew exactly what needed fixed, and broke down what should be done now vs what could wait for future maintenance/replacement. Zero pressure to do anything extra than what was necessary. Will 100% use Precision again and recommend to others.

I have been very happy with this company for many years, over a decade. When my wife and I purchased a new home (31 years old), we decided to upgrade all of the hardware on the garage door. This recent service was to replace the rubber bottom of the door, and the side molding so that not even a spider could get into the garage, much less mice. (Prior to this repair not only could mice march right in, but the warm air in the garage was leaking out fast to the very cold outdoors.)
