Kevin, the Precision technician, quickly solved the issue I was having with my garage door. What I appreciate about Precision is their organized system—from the first phone call to the updates on timing and the technician’s arrival. They come fully prepared with all the right tools and parts, neatly stored in a spotless, professionally marked van. You can tell its Precision the moment they pull into the driveway. Precision makes recommendations as to what is needed to do the job but is clear to let you make the decision. The added value was tightening hinges, chain and oil where needed. Kevin also reminded me of a feature on the keypad that I had forgotten that is useful. We also reviewed records of when the garage door springs & motor was replaced to help with knowing what I can expect since the repair of garage door springs. The website is user friendly and talks about the employee and have videos to review.

I had a new garage door installed in 2021 from another company. I decided it was time to have the door checked out and serviced. I wanted a company other than the one that installed the garage door because if there were shortcomings/issues with the installation, the original installer might not bring up issues/problems. I had seen the Precision Garage Doors commercials on TV and I was sold on the fact that they come to a customer with all the parts that might be needed. Elliot was the service tech and he arrived on time. He inspected the installation and found some weak points. He put together 3 options for my situation, a good/better/best solution. I went with the best solution so that I can feel confident that I will not have any issues in the near future. Elliot completed the project in about 3 hours. The door operates more efficiently and quietly. I plan on utilizing Precision Garage Door Service every couple of years to provide preventative maintenance, like proper lubrication. I am very pleased with the service that was rendered.

I contacted Precision after we had a package delivery driver strike our door with their vehicle. I see the Precision Door Service commercials on TV all the time, and they are located close to my house. Elliot S was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he offered a range of options to help with our issue. We chose to do minor repairs now to fix the door seal while awaiting a response from the other party on the actual damage to the door. Elliot did a great job on the seal as well as tuning up our door to make it run smoothly and quietly.
