I called and made an appointment because my garage door keypad was not working. Austin arrived on Saturday morning exactly when he texted that he would be there. Austin was very professional and personable. He answered all my questions and made a very extensive review of the garage door, even though there no problems that I was aware of. Austin showed me all charges for the call and explained the cost of the key pad before he installed it Austin had no problems with my standing by and watching. I picked your company because I was impressed with the tv commercial you have and I am glad that I called.

I thought it was the spring, but Jeff and Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue — my 14-year-old motor had failed completely, and they showed me the broken pieces. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything in detail, walked me through my options, and let me make the best decision for my family without any pressure. They also identified some additional issues (worn bearings, aging spring) and helped me understand what needed attention. The work was completed efficiently, and they left everything clean. I'm very happy with the new motor, belt system, and spring they installed. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and especially Jeff and Brandon. The team led by Vladimir was very efficient, friendly, and professional. They not only replaced the garage door opener which had failed but also door hardware/bearings/rollers that were over 35 years old and also failing. When the job was done, they also helped us program the openers in our cars which saved us some time.
