After seeing all of the 5-star reviews online from so many satisfied customers and taking time to review their website, choosing Precision Garage Door Service was an easy decision. I was able to conveniently schedule my appointment online, which was a huge plus. Nick was my service technician, and he was extremely professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I had multiple issues with my garage door, which felt a bit overwhelming at first. Nick took the time to thoroughly explain everything and helped me prioritize which repairs needed immediate attention. I truly appreciated how patient and clear he was throughout the process. I was also so glad that he had all the necessary parts stocked on his truck, allowing everything to be completed the same day. That level of preparation and efficiency made the experience even better. I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door Service again. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a garage door repair.

I called for service and they were able to come out same day. Brandon R was my service guy and he was tremendous. Did a great job and was respectful and cared for my property and time. He explained thourghly the service he was completing and why it was necessary. He even adjusted and serviced issues that were still under warranty to correct a few things that had nothing to do with why he was called. Brandon truly went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

The advertisement in the Reach booklet, information on your website, plus a referral from a family member guided me to call. The individual who answered the phone was very pleasant. The service technician, Eric M., was prompt, polite and very helpful. He identified the issue with the garage door opener, and explained all of the options available. He completed the installation of the new opener in a very timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly after. He did a great job! I will definitely use them for any future issues.
