Tony was on time, very personable and efficient. Initially, we intended just to add a remote opener. But after showing the wear on our original (1980s) parts, Tony made suggestions for improvements that I believe add value to our home. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door if you need repairs to your garage door.

I was searching for a company with positive reviews when I came across Precision among the top results on Google. I called, and the representative I spoke with was fantastic and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home for the service, but my partner was and mentioned that our technician, Josh B., was both professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what needed fixing and what might require replacement in the future. The service was quick, and we had no idea how much work our garage needed, but Josh completed everything in just an hour on the same day! We truly appreciate the excellent service!

I had an awful experience last year with another garage door company but found Precision had great reviews. They had a Saturday appointment available that worked with my work schedule. Teddy Forman was my service technician and he and Eric did a wonderful job. They were compassionate about my last experience and worked hard to ensure this time my experience would be good! Night and Day! They were professional and efficient and did quality work for a more than reasonable price. They left their work space clean and were so friendly and my result was great. I highly recommend this company!

I called Precision because they installed my garage door. I decided that I wanted to add a key pad. When I called late last week I was astonished to learn I could get an appointment on Sunday afternoon! The tech who came, Joey H., was very personable, clearly explained what I needed, and installed it on the spot. He also inspected, adjusted, and lubricated my garage door since he was here. RJ was the technician that replaced my garage door opener and related equipment. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After looking at my problem, he made recommendations concerning my situation. He explained all the alternatives and allowed me to make the decision as to what I wanted. Never pressured me once. Called for service on a broken spring Thursday afternoon and got scheduled for first thing Friday morning. Josh showed up on time and assessed the door, we discussed options and once I made a decision, Josh got to work. He replaced the broken spring and a few other worn parts as we agreed and was all done it about 2 hours. Have been using Precision for a few years as our primary garage door vendor, never disappointed. Will absolutely use them in the future.
