Excellent service. I highly recommend. Our technician was great and told me exactly how our 14 year old door hardware was failing. We called for a broken spring. His assessment was that all of the door hardware and bearings were at end of life and he got us fixed up that day. The old door is so quiet now, it is like new.

Then after taking the time to get everything back in place he explained what he felt should be done to make everything work properly again. I never felt like at any time he was trying to sell me anything. It was, ok, your door is working again but these are the things I'm seeing. I liked that he let me decide whether I wanted to take care of the issues now or wait until I was ready to have them fixed. I felt like he was a friend coming to help me fix my garage door and I could trust him.
