Have used Precision previously and they were my first choice when my garage door cable broke. They sent out a tech within hours of my call, actually arrived early. Ben H was my technician and quickly analyzed the problem and came up with several different options to fix the problem. No high pressure sales, just laid out the options. Once he got to work making all the repairs he worked very quickly. Ben was very friendly and also knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

My garage door opener was gasping for breath after 25+ years of service, so when it refused to budge yesterday, I called in a panic. Thankfully Josh came quickly the same day, was able to install a new opener and replace the springs. He was able to explain the process and worked efficiently to fix the problem. Josh is a very pleasant, kind young man; he did a very good job for Precision.
