Garage Door Service is definitively a 5 star company and I highly recommend them for any type of service. They offer high quality products and superior services. I requested service for my garage door and a tech was provided that same day. Tech "Stuart" was prompt, professional and courteous. He patiently listened to my problems, examined my door/opener and provided a customized plan to address my concerns and resolve the problem. Tech Stuart implemented the solution in a timely manner and kept me apprised of his progress. When the job was complete, Tech Stuart made sure his work area was clean and free of any debris. He also provided great instructions on how to operate my new equipment and link it to the Alladin App. As a senior citizen, it was very refreshing to work with a patient, honest and considerate professional like Stuart. Garage Door Services is a 5 star company and they have certainly earned that rating. I highly recommend them!

Recently, it started making all kinds of noises—like Precision Garage Door says, “it was talking to me.” So I called this morning, and they were able to get me on the schedule the same afternoon. Eric, our technician, did a very thorough inspection of all the moving parts. The bearings, rod, and springs were clearly showing wear after all these years. He walked me through what needed to be done, provided a clear quote, and explained how the repairs would help ensure the door runs smoothly for years to come. The best part—he had all the necessary parts in his van and completed the work in about an hour and a half. While it ended up costing a bit more than I initially expected, it was work that needed to be done, and Eric did an excellent job. The difference is incredible—I can barely hear the door when it opens and closes now. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, especially if you’re like me and have put off maintenance for a while.

Absolutely fantastic. Tony showed up early and within minutes was able to tell us what was wrong with our garage door. He fixed the garage door by replacing the springs and realigning the bottom part of the door. Additionally, based on the wear from the garage door being fixed, we had him replace the springs on the second garage door. Tony was very polite and courteous. He did a great job in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We would definitely call Precision for future services.

You get what you pay for - and after my exceptionally timed visit from Elliot today, I feel like I got a good deal. Elliot was calling me with a 30 minute ETA just 2 hours after I called in needing a shattered spring replaced. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. At the same time, he didn't stand around trying to upsell me or waste my time. Within an hour of pulling into my driveway, he had new springs on my overhead door, new rollers in, tracks realigned, everything cleaned and oiled, and the garage tidied up like he had never been there. This is my first time using precision, but definitely won't be my last. I'd be lucky to get Elliot back next time, the guy is top notch.
