You have gained a customer for life. Mark was excellent honest and thorough. I originally had him come out to install a new garage door. I had purchased Mark checked my previous garage door to make sure that I didn’t need it replaced and got it working and provided me options that if I wanted to still keep the new unit that I could move it to my other door and then told me of other options that the company has he also let me know about potential issues with my garage door. I never felt pressured to buy. I never felt that I was being told something false and I really truly appreciate not having to spend money in a time where I have a lot of things going wrong for me financially I truly appreciate the service and the care that Mark gave me. You will hear back from me soon!

Outstanding service as always. Both technicians were very courteous and professional. Everything was explained fully and they went over and above to make sure everything was fully operational. This includes even programming 3 our in-car remote systems, and 4 door openers! That is a first! Great company!

We’ve had 3 doors installed over the years with typically good service. We’ve consistently referred others. Unfortunately, a service call for minor repairs to one door cost more than all full door replacements combined. Stick with the smaller outfits. Would no longer recommend for any overhead door work.

Thanks to Precision and technician Caleb for their quick response. We have a 30 year old HEAVY garage door with broken spring and no way to open it manually. Caleb did an excellent job not only with the spring in a very tight space, but also recommended the best solution for the long term operation of the door. We really appreciate that! I would highly recommend Precision!

Tony at Precision Garage Door did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with my garage door sensors, which had stopped working. He thoroughly checked the entire garage door system rather than just addressing the immediate problem. Tony clearly explained what was causing the issue today, as well as potential concerns that could arise in the future. I appreciated that he gave me enough information to make the decision that was best for me, without pressure. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful—and he was able to get my garage door system operational again the same day. I would definitely recommend Tony and Precision Garage Door.

This is the third or fourth time I've used Precision for spring replacements and opener replacements. I would not consider using anyone else as their technicians are very professional and proficient. On this job, they replaced a 35 year old opener and rollers in less than 2 hours. Much quieter and the job cost was very reasonable.

I was told earlier by 2 other Garage Door companies that my 30 year old wooden garage doors need to be replaced. The main door would only open ten inches and then go back down. You guys replaced some hardware ( Springs ,Rollers ,Pulleys and Cables) and now it works better and quieter than it has in 7 years. In addition, your tech's assured me that I do not need to replace my old expensive wooden doors. Your tech's were great and I wish I had called you guys years ago. Cheers, Reggie Finley

Worked efficiently. Tuned up other doors better than any other garage door service around Indy (and I have tried 3 others).

I initially contacted another garage door service to repair my garage door. I spent more time than necessary on the phone arranging an appointment for the following day than necessary. Then I remembered seeing your television ad and at 12:30pm I pulled up your website, made an online appointment for that same day (4pm-6pm) and received a text confirmation within 2 minutes. Eric M called at 2:45 and said that he could be at our residence within 30 minutes. That worked for us!! He arrived in a clean, clearly marked Precision vehicle, in a clean uniform and was very professional. He determined the issue (broken spring and a couple other smaller items that should be repaired/replaced). Gave us 2 estimates: what definitely needed attention and one that listed what issues should be repaired/replaced at some future time (or now). There was no pressure from Eric at any time on which option we should chose. He completed the job within the stated time (1 hr.) and was entirely professional and explained the process. He also provided 2 quotes for new garage door opener motors (for future need). I highly recommend Precision.
