Elliot ( Technician) did a great job of communicating and showing me what needed to be replaced to get my garage doors in good working order. He replaced all the things that we talked about and adjusted some other existing parts that needed adjusted. The price includes a 7 year parts and labor warranty which was very good to know. Also it was nice to know that the owner lives here locally.

Suddenly my garage doors would not close! I knew exactly who to call: Precision. They had been here several years ago and had done a thorough, remedial repair on our older doors. This time the problem was minor: the "eyes" had dimmed and had to be changed. Precision sent a most personable tech, Tony, in a relatively short time. He solved the problem, checked other details, and gave a clear explanation plus added information, I'm extremely pleased.

We have used Precision 3 or 4 times and they always solve our problem and note things that may be aging or weak with the garage door opener. A few years ago they replaced the main spring that had broken and with one more use would have allowed the door to drop on the car. This time it was replacing a remote and setting up with a new car, plus replacing the sensors that had weakened and nearly broken off. They are always proactive, courteous, and inspire a lot of confidence in their services.

They scheduled a tech quickly to repair my garage door. They sent me text messages with updates and the tech called to let me know he was on the way. The tech did a great job of explaining what parts needed to be replaced and gave me a few different options. The tech was very quick at removing the old system and upgrading it, and had it operational in less than 2 hours. I will definitely be using them again if i ever need garage door work.
