RJ was here in a timely manner. Very professional and knowledgeable. Our old door (over 40 year old) spring broke. He explained what he could replace to fix door but advised could not replace roller do to not being manufactured. Explained our best options and answered all our questions. Decided to have new door installed. Had to order the door that we opted for which is fine, but Rj make sure that old door was secured before he left. We will definitely recommend Precision Garage doors.

Josh reviewed everything with our oddly sized overhead barn door and opener. He clearly explained the options for 10ft vs. 12ft openers based on our non-standard 11ft door, went through the openers available and the pros and cons of each so that we could make an informed decision. Promptly scheduled the follow up for install once the order for the opener was confirmed.

Our garage door finally reached the end of its life after 22 years, and Precision Garage Door was able to come out the very next day. Kalu arrived promptly at the start of our scheduled window (8 AM - 10 AM) and was extremely professional and thorough in his inspection. He took the time to sit down with me, explain his findings in detail, and break down the repair options based on our budget. I truly appreciated his honesty, expertise, and the fact that he genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. Everything about my experience was 5 stars. The technician , Elliott was prompt and professional. We had a door completely off the hinges on both sides Sunday evening. By Monday evening everything had been repaired. The only unfortunate part for us is the cost, but it’s not something that can be helped. Things like these are part of home ownership. Thanks
