I’m not sure where to begin! I called first thing this morning to have someone come look at my daughter’s garage door. I decided to try to get this fixed after her water heater went out and flooded the basement last night! When it rains, it pours! Choosing to find the positive in this chapter of life! Kevin called and was there within 45 minutes! He called me and went over everything in detail. We opted to fix the spring only at this time. The door is now working and we have a garage door fixer! I told him we would request him if there’s a next time. He said we can but that anyone at Precision Door would do a great job! That says a lot to me that someone would speak so highly of their company! I’m not sure what kind of accolades/bonuses you give for exceptional service, but Kevin needs to be recognized! He took time to listen to our story and was very empathetic.

I have seen numerous commercials about the excellent service that precision offers. I called because I had a broken spring. They were literally at my house within 90 minutes. Chase was a wonderful installer. I was at work and he had to call me several times due to other issues found. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly, and professional.

I called Precision Garage Door because my door was sticking in both directions. Very shortly the technician arrived. Tony found the roller bearings were going bad. It took less than 30 minutes to put new nylon rollers on and fix the problem. Tony was very polite and he knew his business. My wife is very happy to have the door fixed. Thank you Tony

My garage door opener stopped working this morning, as I was headed out to a medical appointment. I called Precision in Noblesville, and they sent out a technician within a few hours. Austin was not only an expert on repairing my garage door, but he was very pleasant and personable. Within a few hours he had my old worn out garage door working smoothly and he even programmed my remotes! This will be my garage door service shop for any/all future garage door needs!

Nick was very professional and courteous. Asked what are concerns were about the garage door and suggested how to fix problems. Parts were on the truck to fix issues and repairs were made within an hour. Door works and sounds great . My service tech arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and thorough, while explaining in detail what needed to happen to get my garage door to back to 100%. Could not have been a better experience. I needed new springs, a few hinges and all new/updated ultra quite rollers. Orlando is a great asset to the Precision Garage Door company!

I selected your company because I had good recomendations from a friend. I was able get an appointment later that day The service was excelent and I was called to let me know that the seervice man might be a little later due to extra time at the previous customer. Brandon R. came out to our house on 1/10 to inspect a repair I had done just a few days earlier. We talked for a while about what was done. He was appalled at the $3,400 this company had charged me. He also noticed a lot of safety issues the other company missed, as well as potential future problems that I would have because of the poor repair job. Brandon called his manager and they fixed my garage door at a very heavy discount. He found the other company used incorrect springs and drums. He wrote me a very detailed account of the safety issues that the other company missed and what his company would have charged me so that we can use that as we dispute the payment. Brandon created a Precision Garage Door Service customer for life. I will also sing your praises to anyone and everyone who will listen. Brandon (and his manager, but I don’t know her name) truly blessed us. We know that our door will be safe and function properly for years to come. Thank you Brandon and thank Precision Garage Door!!

Orlando was our technician and he did a wonderful job, my wife said he was very nice and helpful. He fixed everything that needed fixed and then went out of his way to get approval from his supervisor to fix a few other items for free of charge that we didn’t even know needed fixing and he also made other reasonable recommendations. I can tell you we will be using this company from now on for all our garage door needs. I’ve used Precision door commercially at my place of business and when my personal garage door broke at home, they were the first people I called! Isaac was our tech. He was phenomenal!
