For over 14 years I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis. The people are great and professional. They are the only company I would consider for garage door service or installation. Today Orland was at my house to correct an intermittent problem closing my garage door. Previously tried to fix the problem, but it returned the next day. He analyzed the potential causes and adjusted the springs, lubricated the doors rollers, adjusted the trip light and reset the circuit board. I am extremely pleased with the steps he took to keep the problem from recurring. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors of Indianapolis.

Elliot came out and did a thorough evaluation of our garage door. It had come off the track on one side. Turned out it had not been installed correctly. He replaced the spring straightened it out, installed a new tràck and some new rollers. He was polite, professional and now our garage door works great!

Bought a new opener and couldn’t figure out how to install it all the way. Andrew came out, looked over everything. Initially called with a sudden door failure to open. Service tech Joey, was fortunately able to come much earlier than scheduled. He quickly diagnosed broken springs as the cause and I also mentioned loud squealing from both doors that was only temporarily resolved with lubricant. His analysis of the damage, as well as failing parts, was very thorough. Was provided both repair & refurbishment options with no up sell pressure. I elected to have my 20+ year door mechanicals refurbished, along with the spring repair and they function as smoothly & quietly as I can ever recall. Long overdue! Great warranty & reasonable price for all the work I had completed, and done in only a few hours. Joey was polite & professional, and was very knowledgeable of and competent in his work. I highly recommend him & the company!

We chose Precision because the garage door company let our service call slip through the cracks. When they realized, they could not accommodate us for two days. We called another company and they could not help us today either. Precision was the only company that could help us immediately, today. We had to lift our door manually. It was very heavy and we are over 75 years old. Precision, not only was here today but Nick was here by 10:13am this morning. I was almost in tears when you said you could send someone today. Nick, there are not adequate words to describe Nick Z. Please move him to a rating of 5.5. He found a mistake in our spring, which caused the door to be so heavy. When he repaired that spring, he demonstrated to my husband and I, how much lighter the is. Nick, explained everything to us regarding your products and costs. He made recommendations, but left the final decision to us, NO PRESSURE. Nick is so knowledgeable, kind, so soften spoken but with authority and professionalism. Nick is fun, outgoing, kept to the task. No matter how much I talked to him. Please put Nick at the top of your techs. 5.5 And that is no over the top fluff. Nick is deserving and Precision is also deserving. Thank you for assisting us and blessing us with Nick. We will recommend Precision and Nick, for the rest of our lives.
