Tony D. was my installer. He was very professional and courteous. He did his inspection of my garage door opener and explained everything to me. Also explained the other parts of the whole garage door parts. So I got a New Genie installed after he explained the different garage door opener. Very happy with everything. I chose your company based on reviews online. I thought your truck charge was reasonable. I had an unexpected inability to get home to meet him and only spoke with him over the phone. We had already researched our problems so I wasn't surprised at what he suggested and was very pleased that he didn't try to oversell us on anything that was working well, and gave us an idea of how long they expect the various components to last. Great customer service!

Stuart was phenomenal—just a super nice guy and easy to work with. We had a spring break on a Sunday morning, and I never expected anyone to be open to help us. The online portal was easy to book, and Stuart was right on time at 4 pm. He had all the parts to fix our spring. Smooth and seamless. The technician, (Stuart) inspected the situation, explained the process and options available. Very knowledgeable and friendly. No fluff or guff, just facts. My experience with Precision was great from the very beginning. I called on a Saturday morning, with bad weather predicted, and Crystal who was very friendly and a good listener, assured me they could take care of my problem. Brandon, the technician arrived early afternoon, calling me when he was on his way. I had also received a text about Brandon’s background. He was the best. I would give him 5+ stars. I was given 3 options with cost estimates. At the end I was very satisfied with the selection I chose. He was very patient when walking me through the Aladdin Genie app which I really appreciated. He was very thorough and good with the explanations. He even shoveled my snow and left the garage in good order. If I ever have garage door issues I will be calling Precision and requesting Brandon.

I’d already had a quote yesterday from one Company but your salesman ERIC explained everything about my door, the one I was quoted yesterday and explained why I wanted the better insulated door plus couple other issues plus $200 coupon final results were I got a better door for a little less than the door quoted to me yesterday. I knew that I had emergency to get my door fixed because I had to go to the hospital to get another procedure for my cancer treatment and you guys helped me get the service completed. When it rains, it pours! We seem to have had multiple issues with our garage door, the springs, the rollers and the opener. Drew was SO kind! He explained everything in language that us older folks could grasp. We had multiple repair options and with Drew (and Mickey’s) help - we chose the options that made the most sense. Cole was our technician and he was great! He had fantastic customer service skills and was very knowledgeable. He walked me through the different options and explained in a way that I could understand. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything extra at any point and very clearly laid out what needed to be fixed. They also worked with me on timing to help me get same day service at a time that worked for me and gave me updates throughout the day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs.
