Two years ago I had Precision replace the springs and rollers on my two car garage door. Today I had them replace the spring and rollers on my single garage door. I made the appointment on line which was quick and easy.The technician called when he was on his way and arrived as promised. They are always great to do business with. The tech today named Kalu was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. He definitely represents the company well.

I selected Precision Garage Door Service because of the BBB rating, and the honest and friendly service advertised on a television ad. I was not disappointed! Kevin U called to tell me he was enroute and I liked him from just talking on the phone with him. I told him there were probably some things in the way for him to do his job, but I had pulled my car out. He stated that if anything needed to be moved, he would do it and he already liked my job because his previous 2 jobs of the day their door wouldn't even open. After asking me what my concerns were, he inspected the system parts and got the garage door to "skip" as I had stated. Kevin told me that pretty much everything was wrong with my garage door, except for the door - cables were frayed, garage door opener smelled like it was already burnt and I was lucky that my garage door had just been very noisy and jumping sometimes, because it was definitely showing many signs of safety issues that could have happened at any time. Kevin gave me 3 different options to fix the door - the top one was not the lowest cost and the bottom not the highest cost to repair and make my garage door safe. He explained the difference between the 3 options - not pressuring me on what to select and happily answered any questions about any differences in value and warranties. My garage door has NEVER been this quiet, not even when I had it everything replaced several years ago, by another company of course! It is so quiet now, I can hardly hear it and my cat can't hear it either - before she would know from any room in my condo that someone had opened the garage door. Before leaving Kevin explained everything he'd done and showed me the newer safety features that I had and asked me for if I had any questions. He asked if I felt he had done a 5 star job and I said yes - but the truth is, I'd like to give him a 10 for being so friendly, helpful and courteous while being professional at his job. He reminded me that if you call Precision Garage Door, you will get a real PERSON, 24 x 7 - something not many companies can say any more! Thank you for my quiet door and the great service I was provided by Kevin as my rep for your company.

My garage door would not close properly due to an issue with the safety sensors and springs. Tony D fixed the problem quickly. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. He also provided a maintenance checkup and explained everything as needed. I am very pleased with the service! I would not hesitate to call Precision again!

I had a 20 year old garage door motor that still worked but the belt broke on it. I scheduled (for convenience) through the online appts but when the tech Kalu asked how old it was (20 yrs) he told me they don’t have belts that fit that motor and the only option was a new motor. I hadn’t planned for that expense and I would have fixed it myself (Amazon belt). Kalu called the boss twice to earn my business. I felt upsold by no one calling me from the online scheduling service telling they didn’t have old belt parts. We ended up with a more than fair price of a totally new motor, belt and assembly with door pad and remotes. Thank you, I will be referring everyone I know to your business.

Excellent service. I highly recommend. Our technician was great and told me exactly how our 14 year old door hardware was failing. We called for a broken spring. His assessment was that all of the door hardware and bearings were at end of life and he got us fixed up that day. The old door is so quiet now, it is like new.

Mike F was great. He listened to my description of what I encountered when my garage door had issues. He talked me through what he was seeing initially. Then after taking the time to get everything back in place he explained what he felt should be done to make everything work properly again. I never felt like at any time he was trying to sell me anything. It was, ok, your door is working again but these are the things I'm seeing. I liked that he let me decide whether I wanted to take care of the issues now or wait until I was ready to have them fixed. I felt like he was a friend coming to help me fix my garage door and I could trust him.
