Although we have limited time with the new install, our initial impressions are quite high. The technician was timely, thorough, explained what he had found, and laid out multiple options with pros and cons of each, without pushing any particular unit; he also detailed some future maintenance that we could have completed to further extend the lifespan of the unit. The door now operates far more smoothly and quietly than before, and the pricing did not seem particularly high based upon the work completed, the warranty offered, and a cursory review of standard pricing for this type of job. Although they did have to cancel our initial appointment due to unforeseen issues in another of their appointments, they were quick to get us in the following day.

We had the bottom roller come out of the track and the roller stem came apart from the bracket. Mike, the technician, quickly addressed and fixed the issue and he even adjusted the spring tension. Fast, professional service!!!

I chose Precision based off of all the great reviews. I called to schedule an appointment and a technician was at my house the next day. Had a new opener installed along with some worn parts that needed replaced. The door is so quiet now I can hardly tell when it's being opened. I would like to say that Andrew S. did an excellent job! Joey stayed in regular contact with us the day of our appointment so we knew how his schedule was moving and his expectation for arrival. He quickly diagnosed our issues and pointed out some additional things to think about due to the age of our doors. He gave me an estimate of what repairs might cost and also referred me to company designers to consider new design options and costs. It helps as we consider options to know costs. Joey fixed our broken keypad and left us in good shape!!

My garage door springs had broken and I gave Precision Garage Door a call and they were able to send a technician out the next day. Cole P. Was my technician and he did a great job. He showed me all the options for getting the garage door working again and was professional and helpful answering any questions I had. I decided what I wanted done and he got to work right away and got everything installed in a timely manner. If I have any garage door issues in the future I will definitely be calling them again.
