He explained in detail exactly what he found, what our options were, and went above and beyond in helping us get our garage door back in working order. Had an opener malfunction after a storm recently. Outside keypad stopped working and I thought I could fix it but made things worse. Teddy, the tech, showed up on time and listened to my dilemma, no judgement , and proceeded to correct the problem. It seems that several power interruptions made things go askew. He corrected the problem, tested everything to ensure it was working correctly, lubed and adjusted the door.

Brandon R did an amazing job servicing our garage door. He quickly identified the problem (bad rollers) and expertly installed new rollers and resolved other minor issues. Brandon is a JOY! We recently had our garage doors inspected and and adjusted with Precision Garage door Services. Nick was our technician, and Bryant was his assistant. Nick is very knowledgeable about garage doors and very helpful with providing me with excellent information and advice about our doors. Nick took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We will need some repair work on our springs and other hardware soon, and I intend on asking for Nick specifically. Employees like Nick are the reason this company is so highly rated.

Kevin, the Precision technician, quickly solved the issue I was having with my garage door. What I appreciate about Precision is their organized system—from the first phone call to the updates on timing and the technician’s arrival. They come fully prepared with all the right tools and parts, neatly stored in a spotless, professionally marked van. You can tell its Precision the moment they pull into the driveway. Precision makes recommendations as to what is needed to do the job but is clear to let you make the decision. The added value was tightening hinges, chain and oil where needed. Kevin also reminded me of a feature on the keypad that I had forgotten that is useful. We also reviewed records of when the garage door springs & motor was replaced to help with knowing what I can expect since the repair of garage door springs. The website is user friendly and talks about the employee and have videos to review.
