Thank you Precision Garage Door! I called with a concern regarding my garage door and they were at my house 90 minutes later! They could not make the repair that day, but the technician, RJ, did a great job explaining what the issue was and scheduled a time to come back out and fix it. On the day of the repair, RJ arrived on time, fix the issue and everything works great now. I’ve use Precision Garage Door in the past and will continue to use them for any future garage door needs.

When a cable snapped on the garage door of my new home, I called the company that originally installed and serviced it. After a frustrating conversation with their residential service department I decided to cancel the service call. It was all of the 5 star ratings that encouraged me to call Precision, and I'm so glad I did. Apparently my double car garage door only had one spring (instead of 2...why??), which had snapped. It appeared to be the 4th replacement spring based on how beat up the winding bar was. Because of this and the age of the system, basically all of the moving parts aside from the door itself needed to be replaced. While I wasn't planning on this major expense, I felt completely confident that it was both necessary and long overdue. The technician, Josh B, was on time, respectful, answered all of my questions, and gave me lots of options to accommodate my budget. I decided to also upgrade to a new and quieter belt drive system, which I feel confident this was a better choice than the big box store options. I highly recommend Precision and am impressed they were able to solve this issue for me quickly and professionally. Thanks, Josh B.

I’ve never used precision before. I saw your adds on tv and decided to give them a try. The lady that took my information and made my appointment was very courteous, professional and helpful. Cole the technician was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He went over all the parts and explained everything to me so that I understood what service he was going to provide. Teddy did a great job. He took the time to listen to our issues and concerns. He took the time to show us several options and gave us time to think about what we wanted to do. Once we decided on what we wanted, he got right to work. He was here almost 7 hours working on the doors. He finished and cleaned up his work area. Because of a packaging error by the manufacturer, he returned the next day to install light covers on one of the motors. He also adjusted one of the doors while he was here. I am very pleased with the work he did and the final product.

Precision Garage Door Service and Austin more than met my expectations. He arrived as scheduled and was able to fix the problem with the double door.. He also oiled the hinges on both the double door and the single door so that they now run up and down smoothly and the bottom seal seems to be installed correctly.

I’m giving Joey 5 stars even though he was a few hours late due to another job. However, I think he sincerely apologized. After he completed he completed his inspection of my job he did thoroughly explained what was going on with my garage door and what needed to be done to fix the problem. After I agreed to the best path for me regarding the garage door, he did what I feel like is a good job and eliminated any worries that I had of the door breaking on top of my car or me even worse. I’m completely satisfied with the job that he did and I would recommend him to anyone else.

Teddy showed up on time in a professional looking van and looked professional himself. Upon analysis of the issues with the opener he carefully explained how the those opener problems were actually caused by issues with the door itself. His explanation was clear and made mechanical sense to me. Because he was so knowledgeable and was able to communicate to me in a way I understood his reasoning I spent a LOT more money on the repair than I had planned or hoped. But now he has the door working better than it ever has and I am confident it will work properly for a long time in the future. I'm not sorry about spending money wisely.

Resolved all concerns we discussed. Tuned (3) 16X7 residential steel doors. Replaced springs, rollers cables, drums and other parts. All doors operate as they should. Quality work was performed. Satisfied with the result.

A spring broke rendering the garage door. Our service tech, Drew, was wonderful. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He informed us of our options and answered our questions every step of the way. Everything was completed within 90 minutes. He gave us a recap of parts replaced and work done.
