A critter broke my electrical connection getting into my garage. I called Precision garage and was able to get an appointment the next day. A few years ago I had a poor experience with Precision and was reluctant to try them again, but this time I was impressed. From start to finish our technician Orlando was fantastic. He is very friendly, professional and polite. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and took the time to review my options for a new garage door opener. He patiently helped us determine what was best for our needs and budget. He did meticulous work and reviewed everything thoroughly with us. Nick and trainee Brandon were dispatched to my home at my request for a garage door tune-up (I was excited I had a coupon for $69). Unfortunately, there were other issues that needed to be addressed. They were more than kind, honest as well as empathetic, but not at all 'pushy.' They worked to obtain the best possible pricing, and when I agreed to move ahead with the improvements, they physically worked very efficiently to remedy the potentially damaging issues that existed (wrong springs, rusted bottom brackets, worn cables, & original rollers - which were all stressing out my opener). I also asked that they install new bottom rubber on the door. They did it all and were extremely neat; no mess at all. Even though it certainly cost more than I was intending to spend, it was a pleasant and comforting experience! Nick and Brandon were great!
