I choose Precision because two of my neighbors highly recommend your Company. I called and the tech was here the next day exactly when the scheduled appointment was. My technician was Kevin. He exceeded my expectations. Customer Service was outstanding. He introduced himself, was courteous, patient and most of all listened to my concerns. When he was finished, he took me around and showed me exactly what he had done. We checked to make sure everything was working. Personally, I would hire Kevin any day of the week. Thank you very much

I found Precision on a google search. Orlando came to my house and thoroughly explained everything, and made the necessary repairs under the time he quoted. I'm an old mechanic by trade, upon inspection of the old parts, it was exactly as he stated. He made repairs to the springs, replaced bearings that were trashed, and quoted me a reasonable price. He was here and gone in less time than I expected. This is a classy act. Maybe the classiest repair company I have ever ran across. I would recommend Precision in a heartbeat, and will be calling them next time I need service. Thanks again for a job well done.

I called Precision Garage door and they were able to come out same day! Isaac W was my technician and he was amazing! So friendly and thorough! He explained everything fully and gave me options from least to most expected and a price point in between. I did not feel pressured at all to buy the most expensive product. THE MAN WHO SERVICED OUR GARAGE DOOR ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND, AFTER ASKING SEVERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PROBLEM, HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK SOLVING IT. HE OFFERED SEVERAL OPTIONS WITH ESTIMATES FOR EACH.ONCE WE MADE OUR CHOICE HE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY COMPLETED THE WORK. Oh we definitely swiped right for Colin 100% We weren't sure if we signed up for a date or a repair with the confirmation text we got lol. Colin was excellent all the way around. We had a broken spring that needed replaced for sure but he also informed us of all the other issues we had that we did not know about. He was not a "salesman" about it just fully informative or what parts were weak and was not pushy about a sale other than what we originally called for. Very professional while also able to laugh and be personable at the same time while also saving us a little money as well. Highly recommend Colin for any service you need. He still didn't give a clear answer if we were goin kayaking together or not after the service was completed but we have high hopes still. 10/10 still recommend company and Colin with one "L"

We called to have someone come install a new garage door opener after spending too much time trying ourselves. They sent us Nick, and he was very kind, professional, and had the new garage door opener installed by the time I was finished cleaning out my vehicle. Nick also fixed some things on our garage door that needed repaired. We are more than satisfied and will recommend Precision in the future to any of our friends or family. Thanks

Precision Garage Door placed a new door opener, springs, rollers and some minor adjustments in November 2024. Over the weekend we had a code appear on our panel spect 8:07am on October 20, we call their office. The young lady that took our call was very prompt and polite and in just minutes she set an appointment for a technician to arrive at our home between 9-10am. At 8:37am we received a voice mail from Stuart letting us know he was on his way and would arrive shortly after 9am. At 9:10am Stuart was at our door and in minutes ha had diagnosed the issue. Stuart was very thorough in telling us what the issue was, explaining the why and wherefore and even gave us instructions as to how to fix this problem were to happen again. It too Stuart no more than 10 minutes to get everything up and running. Stuart was prompt, polite and very professional. Precision Garage Door has proven to be a very customer centric company, with great people up and down the line. Would highly recommend this company for any and all garage door needs.

I called Precision after I backed my car into my garage door. The door wouldn’t close, so I called Precision at 4 pm this past Saturday for help. Ten minutes after I called, a technician called and was at my house 45 minutes later. Within an hour and during a rainstorm, the tech repaired and reset the door. Super service.

I am glad you ask. I had an appointment today 10/17/25 from 10-12, to get an estimate on a new insulated garage door and opener. I was really disappointed that no one showed up or called to say why. Needless to say I will not be using your company to purchase a new garage door and opener. The drop for service performed should have n/a. I had to select something from the dropdown but nothing applied to the service performed today.

We had Precision out today to replace our tension wires on both sides of our garage door. Blayke was incredible. He took his time to review the situation and looked over the entire garage door.
