I called about 3 pm to see about getting an extra clicker for our garage door. Within an hour, technician Josh was here, gave great service, explained our options, and we are set. Thanks. Also, thanks that a real person picked up the phone when I called! Kudos to you all. My first time using you since it was the brand we had when we bought our condo.

Our technician, Peter, was great: professional, polite and thorough. He explained in lay terms our options and the resulting short term and long term mechanical implications, which helped us decide what to have done. If we ever needed more work done, would request Peter again. Our garage door is working perfectly now. Thank you!

We were having an issue with the safety beams as well as the noise level of our garage door. Mike did an excellent job of addressing both issues. He gave me several options and completed the task we agreed upon quickly. He further explained to me what other issues to keep an eye on. Very pleased with how our garage door is operating. Would cal Precision again, and ask for Mike.

Your company is the greatest of all that we have ever used!!!!!!!!!!! On time, very friendly, knowledgeable, fixed our problem instantly, and gave us new info that we had not heard before! We also liked the info about Brandon on our text which made us like him even more. Our prior service call in 2025 was just as great with Josh helping out with our garage door as well as our old 4 shop doors and they are still working fine. Love your company and would never use any other garage door companies. Keep up the great service and wonderful technicians!

Tony came early and fixed the problem within ten minutes! Then he fixed an additional issue with the door for an incredible price, oiled the hinges, and now I have almost a brand new garage door. He also reprogrammed the outside opener, which I can never get to work, and now it works every time. Thanks, Tony!

Have used Precision previously and they were my first choice when my garage door cable broke. They sent out a tech within hours of my call, actually arrived early. Ben H was my technician and quickly analyzed the problem and came up with several different options to fix the problem. No high pressure sales, just laid out the options. Once he got to work making all the repairs he worked very quickly. Ben was very friendly and also knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

My garage door opener was gasping for breath after 25+ years of service, so when it refused to budge yesterday, I called in a panic. Thankfully Josh came quickly the same day, was able to install a new opener and replace the springs. He was able to explain the process and worked efficiently to fix the problem. Josh is a very pleasant, kind young man; he did a very good job for Precision.
