Eric was fantastic. He explained everything clearly. He gave us options for us to choose from. He was professional, showed up on time and introduced himself. He got straight to the issue I explained and showed me the circuit board which caused the problem. I will have no problem recommending Precision or using Precision if the need arises again.

We woke up on a Sunday morning with a broken garage door and cars trapped inside. I was able to make an appointment quickly online for same day repair. Our technician Isaac was very respectful and kind. He was obviously very knowledgeable as well. He explained the issues and all of our solution options thoroughly while also allowing us time to discuss what we thought was best for us. He was very tidy and efficient with his work and had it fixed in no time. What a relief it was to get it done so quickly and on a Sunday no less.

Tony D was great. He explained everything that was wrong and could go wrong in the near future. Provided me a estimate, we consulted on what needed attention today and what needed to be done in the near future. We agreed on work, he started right away. As the day went on we agreed on replacing the two 29 year old garage openers. After he was done he again went through what work he did, what he replaced, what he maintenance, an how to operate the two new garage door openers. Thank you Tony D

Isaac W was the technician who came to my house to assess the issue with my garage door. He was very pleasant & professional & courteous. After figuring out the problem, he made a recommendation on how to solve and got straight to work replacing both garage door motors. I picked them randomly off the internet AND was very surprised by how quickly they responded. The technician Brandon R was extremely helpful & polite; he took care of the problem in record time. Although, it was more than I could really afford it (lol, on a very fixed income) it was reasonable. I would definitely recommend and will use them myself in the future.

My remote and keypad had quit working. Pat came this morning and quickly found the problem (fried main circuit board). He explained the options, replace the board which he had stocked on the truck or install a whole new opener. I chose to just replace the board and now it works great again. He even programmed the extra buttons on my remote to work in case the button I use gets worn out. My system is 22 years old. I really appreciate how well he explained my options and the costs. I've used Precision since I bought my house in 2007 and each time I've been happy with the results. I'm never "oversold" on anything and the work performed is great.
