Elliot was very thorough in explaining what he thought the problem might be. He provided estimates for three different levels of repairs. Despite the freezing cold, Elliott worked hard for a long time to get the job done. This is the third time since I moved into this house thatI have had to enlist the help of Precision Garage Door Service. Each time has been a positive and pleasant experience.

Stuart was phenomenal—just a super nice guy and easy to work with. We had a spring break on a Sunday morning, and I never expected anyone to be open to help us. The online portal was easy to book, and Stuart was right on time at 4 pm. He had all the parts to fix our spring. Probably a cheaper vendor out there, but I would take service and quality any day over saving a few bucks. Thanks- Jeremy

Smooth and seamless. The technician, (Stuart) inspected the situation, explained the process and options available. Very knowledgeable and friendly. No fluff or guff, just facts. Picked option 2 and he repaired the door superbly and was friendly with my dog too! Would recommend to anyone with a garage door problem.

My experience with Precision was great from the very beginning. I called on a Saturday morning, with bad weather predicted, and Crystal who was very friendly and a good listener, assured me they could take care of my problem. Brandon, the technician arrived early afternoon, calling me when he was on his way. I had also received a text about Brandon’s background. He was the best. I would give him 5+ stars. I was given 3 options with cost estimates. At the end I was very satisfied with the selection I chose. He was very patient when walking me through the Aladdin Genie app which I really appreciated. He was very thorough and good with the explanations. He even shoveled my snow and left the garage in good order. If I ever have garage door issues I will be calling Precision and requesting Brandon.

I’d already had a quote yesterday from one Company but your salesman ERIC explained everything about my door, the one I was quoted yesterday and explained why I wanted the better insulated door plus couple other issues plus $200 coupon final results were I got a better door for a little less than the door quoted to me yesterday. I knew that I had emergency to get my door fixed because I had to go to the hospital to get another procedure for my cancer treatment and you guys helped me get the service completed. When it rains, it pours! We seem to have had multiple issues with our garage door, the springs, the rollers and the opener. Drew was SO kind! He explained everything in language that us older folks could grasp. We had multiple repair options and with Drew (and Mickey’s) help - we chose the options that made the most sense. Cole was our technician and he was great! He had fantastic customer service skills and was very knowledgeable. He walked me through the different options and explained in a way that I could understand. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything extra at any point and very clearly laid out what needed to be fixed. They also worked with me on timing to help me get same day service at a time that worked for me and gave me updates throughout the day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Marquis was awesome. He gave us an honest evaluation on the damages with our garage door components. He explained the repair work that was needed to fix the damages, and he was transparent on the cost associated with each component needing repaired. We thought that we would have to reschedule another day and time for the work to be completed. We have used Precision for a number of years. They are always prompt, professional and thorough. After diagnosing the issue, they communicate what needs to be done with price quote and approximate completion time. Then after completing fix they inspect the door and closer to ensure that it is in good working order. Always very satisfied!!
