We have used Precision Garage Door Service a couple of times over the past 13 years for repairs on our garage door. They are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We recently had a new garage door installed by Mike G. As expected, he did an outstanding job, was very engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. I would never hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door. These people are true professionals. It's very rare these days to find a service organization that has their act together from start to finish. Thank you, Mike for doing a great job!

The ability to book an appointment online and have a service call. The following day was so convenient. Providing a short bio of the service person who was coming, helped me feel more comfortable with meeting him. This is a great feature. Teddy was the utmost professional in his demeanor, appearance and communication. He was so nice and personable so it made me comfortable dealing with him. He kept me informed at every step of the process and provided several options for my repair work. The best thing he did was ask me at the beginning of the appointment about my objective for the service call. I told him I wanted a working garage door and even though it was pretty major repair, he stayed until the job was finished and I could use my garage again. Plus, he even swept out my garage! I spoke with Andi? several times and she was keeping me in the loop about Teddy’s scheduling. She has a great customer service attitude and was so friendly. I highly recommend Teddy and the staff at Precision for any garage door issues.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Not only was I scheduled quickly and courteously, my technician Isaac was wonderful. He did not try to “upsell” services and was very helpful in the navigation of services that were needed versus ones that could be delayed. Plus, while working here, Isaac heard a neighbor who had fallen and responded to bring out his first aid kit AND help the neighbor back home! This sounds too good to be true…but it’s true!

Tony did a great job explaining everything in detail that needed to be done on my repair as well as future upgrades. Installation went smooth and very fast. Very quick overall from inspection, quote , installation and payment. Reasonable prices did not try to force me to buy products I didn’t need. Garage door works like a charm now! Thank you!

The gentleman that came out and worked on my garage door was professional. He answered all my questions he did a wonderful job on fixing. The door put new cables and found out the Spring was bad for the new Spring on so I am really pleased on what he did and this summer I am going to call you guys to replace the motor and the rollers on my garage door. Leaving for work and the garage door quit working! We called Precision and they sent Zeke out to the 'rescue' within hours of us calling. Zeke showed and explained everything that he found to be causing the issues. It was so refreshing to have such a friendly, enthusiastic and just a happy-natured service person. When we moved here several yeats ago, we had some work done by Precision Door. Today I had my grarage door checked again. The technician told me what needed to be fixed and what might need repair down the line. I appreciated that they put me on a priority list because they knew I had to get my grandson off the bus. The technician came in the morning and completed the repairs before noon. The technician polite and gets the work done in a timely manner.

Corporate greed has taken over and for 1 1/2 hours worth of work with two springs and a new cable and $1100 later we are back up and running. We didn't get an estimate of how much everything was going to be till the installer had already removed the springs. I think we would have gotten a 2nd opinion had we known it was going to be this much. I would have gladly paid the $88 for your initial visit. I know I have an 8'0 heavy door, but let's be realistic. It's eight years old, so the door wasn't broken. If we had gone with the lesser springs it would have been $700 and $400 more for the heavy duty springs, which your installer recommended. I am shocked that you can get so many five star ratings with the way you do business. Shame on you for the way you conduct your business!

Serivice was very quick. Called about broken spring and service guy (Jarad) was here within an hour and half. Jarad was very nice and helpful. Very professional. After installing new springs he notices the previous ceiling install of the garage door was incorrectly mounted. Not only did he inform me about it, he offered, and did, help me (mostly him) fix it. I took a chance on Precision's internet ad because I was desperate to repair a damaged garage door that day (someone backed out a car without...$$!) A nice woman answered the call and right away that afternoon I had an appointment. Whoosh! The door was entirely made with glass windows and was severely bent, including the glass. The repair would require two men to push it back into place at risk of breaking multiple glass windows. It took three hours, a steel bracket to secure, and it was done. Kevin also managed to sell me some new rollers for all three doors, and threw in some other adjustments for free. Then, not sure why, he swept out all three garage bays that were loaded with fall leaves and winter dirt! Very competent men with years of experience. Their trucks are really beautiful. You cannot do better than that.
