I've used Precision Door Service for several years now. Their technicians are always straight forward on what to expect and how best to solve problems so they don't repeat themselves. Elliott found the problem, showed me the part, and also walked through a quick inspection of my garage door. We found a few other issues that I hadn't expected but needed addressed. He completed the work fairly quickly and went over what was done plus he reviewed warranty information with me. Then cleaned up after everything was done. Truly professional.

I called because of your commercials. Got a nice text beforehand with Josh’s info. Josh was awesome. Super nice guy. He explained the issues and all of my options. Installed a new opener, remote and exterior key pad. Programmed everything and explained that process very well. After the work was completed, he cleaned up everything. I’m super impressed that Precision was able to come out so quickly and the install was also quicker than I thought. Will be calling Precision again for any possible future issues (my other opener is old as well). 5 stars!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because they serviced Lawrence and they could come within 4 hours. They sent Issac who exceeded all of our expectations. He was very knowledgeable about the product and detected the problem right away. He gave us service option and different price points to meets our needs. He was very helpful and genuine. In the end he was able to show me how to care for the garage door in the future. I would definitely call to have him back to work on the garage door in the future.

From the time I called in to the gentleman showing up it was all better than I expected. I teased the service man when he showed up that he would never make it in this business because he called before he came and showed up on time. It was a very pleasant experience start to finish. Awesome job. A spring broke on Christmas day, trapping my car inside the garage. I booked the appointment online after reading several reviews. I thought it was a nice touch when the confirmation text gave me a brief bio on the technician, Joey. He was there bright and early the next morning, and was great to work with. The garage door spring broke on late Sunday. We called Precision the same day expecting to leave a message. Much to our surprise an associate took our call and got us scheduled for Monday morning. Orlando was our technician and was great. He arrived on time, assessed our problem and we also had an in depth conversation about the pros/cons of all the moving parts. The conversation was driven by my questions not an attempt to upsell by Orlando. He was very transparent and as a result we made some decisions to upgrade some of the components from the builder grade quality initially installed. We were very pleased with the experience and would recommend Precision. Thanks again to Orlando for your attention to details in repairing our door.

On a Friday evening our garage door quit working, Precision was able to be out there the next morning. Vladimir was great - nice, professional and very knowledgeable. Gave me options on repairing the garage door and we figured out what we wanted to do and he got started right away. I don't think the garage door and opener has EVER been that quiet; we ended up having to have quiet a bit replaced. I will call again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

I saw the ad for precision door on tv. I liked the part that said the door would be fixed the same day. The ad didn’t lie. Our door was fixed within a couple of hours. Our technician was personable and his work was fantastic! I would definitely call if we ever need our door fixed again.
