A spring broke on my garage door. I scheduled online with Precision and received a reply that a technician would arrive between 8-10. Technician came, replaced the two springs and performed a tune up on all the door hardware. He noted a couple of items with wear and I agreed to have him replace them. Technician was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Great service. Will definitely use again if needed.

We had Precision Garage Door Service come out because our keyless pad was not working correctly. When Joey H came out, he asked what our concerns were and what we were wanting to accomplish. He then made suggestions and gave us options that would work best for us. He went the extra mile and then some, to say the least! We ended up replacing the motor on our garage door opener and keyless pad. Joey H also helped me to set up the app on my phone and re-set our openers and new keypad. He also re-set the garage door button in our car. I can't say enough GREAT things about Joey H and his service. He was very professional, kind, honest and patient to answer all my questions. Went over the repair with me, and walked me through some other issues (it had been a while since our last tune up). Had some suggestions of other things to address but did so in a pressure-free way. Brandon did a fantastic job at helping us understand what issues he was seeing with our door's springs and drums. He made it easy for us to make an informed decision to have our springs and drums replaced as our originals installed by Pulte were fairly limited in their abilities and had seemingly ran out of usability. Brandon was really easy to talk to, not condescending at all with what we didn't know, and just an overall great person to deal with. Thanks guys!
