Excellent customer service from Precision Garage! Our technician, Tony P, was so nice and explained everything to me. At the time, we didn’t know if I needed a new motor or just sensors my garage would not let up or down and the previous sensors just constantly blinked. I loved how he kept me informed every step of the way on what he was finding, along with his recommendations for what I should do going forward. I’m so happy Tony got it fixed for me, and it didn’t break the bank especially in these times! Thank you so much.

My grandparents are dealing with some major health issues right now and their garage door went out in the process of them going to the hospital. Luckily Precision came out the very next day after I called and was able to fix the door within no time at all to get my grandparents car out of their garage. Josh B was awesome and so fast. I called 3 companies and yours was the first to answer the phone. A technician was sent out the very day I called. Clayton showed me the problem and offered options for fixing it. He was very professional and personable. I had a coupon that claimed free estimates, but there was a rather high service fee, so I didn’t feel as free as I had wanted to get quotes before deciding on the course of action. Clayton was great, but I won’t hire a company again that doesn’t give free estimates.
