I needed the weather strips (rubber seals) replaced on 2 garage doors. The person who took my call was very police and friendly and was able to give me an appointment the next day. The service technician was friendly, explained everything he had to do, and took care of the problem completely. The cost was a bit more than anticipated but that was because another part was needed. I would highly recommend Precision. We had an accident with our garage door early this morning. I called and was greeted by Angie. She was fantastic! Got us on the schedule for same day service between 8 and 10 AM. The service tech called me at 8:15 saying he was on his way. Joey arrived and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did a complete assessment of the situation and explained in detail about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. By 10:15 the job was complete. We could not be happier with the service we received. Thank you Angie and Joey. You both are great ambassadors for Precision.

Joey was very prompt and kind when he arrived. He assisted us in temporarily opening the door to get our kids to school before inspecting and repairing the spring. Joey even interacted with our kids and told them to have a great day at school on their way out. Joey provided us two estimates and discussed the advantages of each one. He helped us make informed decisions based on how long we plan to be in our house, and also provided some tips to keep the door maintained throughout the life of our door. It was a real pleasure to work with Joey and Precision!

My spring broke late Thursday afternoon when I was going to be gone for the weekend. A called a competitor who said they would be able to provide the repair early on Friday. They did call early Friday but said the tech would be there between 3 PM and 6PM which was too late for me. I called Precision at 8 AM and they told me they could meet my time constraints. They arrived, after calling, hours before the scheduled time. The technician, Joey H., performed an inspection and explained my options. With the special that was active at the time, I only spent slightly more for 2 premium springs that a single regular spring would have cost from the other competitor. Joey also went above and beyond to resolve a couple of other issues. My door is fixed without taking away any of my weekend time. I couldn't be happier.

On Saturday 03/24/24 about 10 am the electrical connection to the garage door & opener was broken. I called Precision Garage Door Service. I was greeted by a friendly voice who asked some questions & advised me that someone could be out that same day between 2 & 5 pm to see what could be done. She advised the person would be Joey H. At about 1 pm Joey H called to see if he could come earlier than 2 pm since he had finished his previous job. He got to my home about 1:30 pm. My garage equipment was 37 years old He looked at all of my equipment. Then we sat down to talk about what I wanted him to do. He offered to try to use some of the old equipment. However, I felt that would not be this best use of his time or my money. Plus I got a senior discount. He installed all new equipment & wiring. At no extra cost, he also took all the old equipment & cleaned up the garage. The door moves sooo quietly. It was a fantastic positive experience. I am very happy with my new garage door opener and all the equipment that goes with it. It all started with the person who picked up the phone & Joey H who did the work. ????

Your service installed garage doors on townhouse for developer 20 years ago. Though I am sole owner of townhouse all these years, hate to admit never had tune-ups/check this whole time. Original installation was great and only recently noticed doors opening/closing noisily, seemed out of balance, etc. This a.m. I nicked side of garage with car leaving and garage door would not close fully. When called you to fix, tech (Joey) arrived just 1.5 hour later and assessed situation: motors on both doors still ok but many of the other parts on last leg, and found cause of door closing problem. I elected to fix various moving parts figuring it was a matter of time before things were going to stop working. Joey worked all day in the cold, explained thoroughly what he was doing, got the fixes made. His workmanship excellent and answered all my questions. Thank you for coming out so quickly, staying with it all day in the cold, and extending the life to the older system here. Excellent work!
