I called Precision because they installed my garage door. I decided that I wanted to add a key pad. When I called late last week I was astonished to learn I could get an appointment on Sunday afternoon! The tech who came, Joey H., was very personable, clearly explained what I needed, and installed it on the spot. He also inspected, adjusted, and lubricated my garage door since he was here. I am 100% satisfied and impressed with the service I received.

We scheduled the $69 inspection coupon to have our garage doors serviced and lubricated. Joel arrived promptly and walked my wife through the process of what he would be doing. After his initial inspection, he went over his findings by prioritizing things that were an immediate issue, potential issues or future issue. Once we decided on the repairs we wanted done, he was able to complete the repairs on the one door and maintenance on the other in an hour. Joel was pleasant and kind and was not a pushy salesman. He worked with my wife to make sure she understood what she was asking for and went over the pricing sheet to make her feel comfortable with the decision she was making. I am pleased with the work and how quiet our doors are now.

When we moved here several yeats ago, we had some work done by Precision Door. Today I had my grarage door checked again. The technician told me what needed to be fixed and what might need repair down the line. I appreciated that they put me on a priority list because they knew I had to get my grandson off the bus. The technician came in the morning and completed the repairs before noon. The technician polite and gets the work done in a timely manner.

Corporate greed has taken over and for 1 1/2 hours worth of work with two springs and a new cable and $1100 later we are back up and running. We didn't get an estimate of how much everything was going to be till the installer had already removed the springs. I think we would have gotten a 2nd opinion had we known it was going to be this much. I would have gladly paid the $88 for your initial visit. I know I have an 8'0 heavy door, but let's be realistic. It's eight years old, so the door wasn't broken. If we had gone with the lesser springs it would have been $700 and $400 more for the heavy duty springs, which your installer recommended. I am shocked that you can get so many five star ratings with the way you do business. Shame on you for the way you conduct your business!

Had heard great things about Precision and seen the commercial a few times. So when our door went out they were my first call. Joey was able to come out within a day and walked me through the inspection, what caused it, what new parts and repairs could help with, and even showed multiple variations of options. Then he installed it that morning and walked me through everything. Super awesome guy, knowledgeable, friendly, and exudes hard work. I would definitely recommend Precision, and specifically Joey to any friends and family that end up having garage door trouble.

Joey stayed in regular contact with us the day of our appointment so we knew how his schedule was moving and his expectation for arrival. He quickly diagnosed our issues and pointed out some additional things to think about due to the age of our doors. He gave me an estimate of what repairs might cost and also referred me to company designers to consider new design options and costs. It helps as we consider options to know costs. We are a repeat customer with Precision. Our technicians, Joey and Brock, exceeded our expectations. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in layman's terms so it was easy to understand the various options we had. Our main issue was a broken spring, but many other parts on the door were making the door work harder than it needed to. Joey and Brock provided a few options for us and we chose the one we felt would work best for us at this time. We appreciated being offered multiple options instead of just one....e.g., replace the entire door. (The service performed and products purchased were multiple ones - we were only able to choose one each on this form.) We trust Precision to be honest and provide good service. In our case, it was exceptional....and on New Year's Day on top of that! Thank you so much to Joey and Brock.

Awesome job. A spring broke on Christmas day, trapping my car inside the garage. I booked the appointment online after reading several reviews.
