I had a spring break on my garage door. I contacted Precision and the lady who answered was incredibly professional, polite and helpful. I told her there was no hurry, but I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Nick Z. Arrived early and was also incredibly polite and professional. He fixed the door quickly and with much higher quality parts than I had previously. Precision is my only garage door company from now on.

I accidentally hit and broke off the sensor so the door would not go up. I ended up purchasing a new opener which included new wall switch, keypad, and 2 remote openers. Ryan impressed me with his professional explanation of what was needed for my aging door and opener. He gave me three options for a new opener and door. I selected the middle range opener and will address a new door in the future. I am extremely satisfied with the end product and the friendly and polite employee, Ryan. He is a stellar representative of your company. He deserves a gold star and a huge thumbs up for a job well done! Maybe a pay increase too?

Well lets start this off it's july 13 not my day for anything to go bad . yeah right at 3:30 in this morning I was ready to go to work when I open my garage door it only open about to inches . then I looked at the springs and the guide wires was broke so I called and talked to a lady and she said I can have someone out there by noon great well I was at work and my wife was home to let Joel to look it over and he him self said the springs was broke I told Joel fix it with new springs and new guide wires and had the job done in a hour .not bad so Joel told my wife I have a 10 year warranty I would not give Joel a five star but a 10 star he was in and out . great job by Joel and his partner

It was very nice when I called Precision and got an appointment for the same day! I really appreciate the courtesy shown by Kevin, the technician, by calling and letting me know when in the appointment window he expected to be at my house. That same courtesy was shown by doing a complete inspection of all parts before giving an estimate of repairs needed and getting my approval before beginning any work. We purchased a 16' residential garage door and the belt drive Liftmaster opener. We were impressed with the quality of the door and how quietly the door operates.
