Technician Orlando was top notch! He throughly explained what was necessary to fix my door problem and what was suggested. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want. He completed the work quickly and efficiently while leaving no mess behind. While Orlando was fantastic from start to finish, I feel the prices of the extra parts need was high. We woke up on a Sunday morning with a broken garage door and cars trapped inside. I was able to make an appointment quickly online for same day repair. Our technician Isaac was very respectful and kind. He was obviously very knowledgeable as well. He explained the issues and all of our solution options thoroughly while also allowing us time to discuss what we thought was best for us. He was very tidy and efficient with his work and had it fixed in no time. What a relief it was to get it done so quickly and on a Sunday no less.

I chatted with Jessica online this morning, she had the Technician Orlando at our house within a couple of hours. He did some problem solving and determined the main problem and some future problems. He was able to give us a detailed list what could be replaced. He fixed the problem and lubed the garage door. Seemed like a fair price except for an Energy Surcharge of $23.00 on the final bill. Orlando was focused and polite.

Andrew showed up on time and let me know when he would be there prior with a phone call. He figured out my unique problem and advised me of all the options and costs. It was a big job for him to do but he was up to the tasks and went "Above and Beyond" to get my door up and running smoothly. I would definitely use Andrew again.
