Kudos to both Kevin Ulery and Paul Panzica. Not only excellent customer service, but courteous, polite, honest and very professional. Not only did they call twice to let us know our status, they explained all the options available to us in repairing our garage door opener. We decided to replace the garage door opener. The workmanship was outstanding, they explained the new system and afterwards were meticulous in their cleanup. Would highly recommend for any garage door work that needs to be done. Thanks again.

There was a mix up in the scheduling and was notified as soon as they caught it. Our technician Ben was very understanding about the situation. He was the perfect technician to work with because his experience and his ability to explain what he had to do to correct our problems. After explaining to us what really needed to be done to fix the issue, we spent more that we expected. But we couldn’t be happier with the results. Open and closing the door is so much quieter. Our son has sensitive hearing and it doesn’t even bother him like before. We know that we will be replacing the garage door opener soon and we know what company we will be calling and what technician we will request.
