We are still having faults with our garage push button control. Sometimes it's ok, others it's not. There is a problem somewhere?

Car opener worked once after tech installed the extra box(2006 prius) on the overhaul unit but 45 min later(after tech left) my car opener didnt work. Repeated programming tries with car instructions and new unit instructions =0
