I was told the tech would be at my house between 8-10am. They were promptly there at 8am with a courtesy call before. The tech showed me everything that needed to be done and then finished within an hour. Excellent 5 star service!

I am thrilled with the service that I received from Precision Door. I had a Sunday emergency with a broken spring and couldn't get my car out of the garage. I called and the professional service person arrived earlier than the given time and had my door fixed in less than an hour.
