I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door work done. The installer that was at my house was very polite, professional and communicated real well about everything he was doing. He explained things when it was necessary to be explained and got the job done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the installer that was sent to my house to do the work that was needed. They didn't force anything on me that I didn't want but did offer suggestions and reasoning behind why that specific thing needed to be done. Will gladly use them again if I need anymore work done in the future.

James came to our house to fix a busted spring and he informed us that we should have a 2 spring system instead of the one due to the bigger heavier door. He gave us a quote which was higher than what we had liked but once we thought about it the quote was reasonable given the fact he had to replace the torsion bar, drums and and 2 new springs. James was very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend him. Thanks James and thanks to Precision.

I contacted Precision because my garage door would not close and the cable to lift the door had completely broken off the unit. The staff was very professional and explained the process thoroughly when scheduling my appointment. They were very accommodating working around my schedule. My technician was Tyler Galloway. Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problem was and gave me several options on fixing the problem. He was very professional, respectful and efficient and was timely with repair, contacting me when he was on his way. Amazing job. Turns out I needed a new motor. The guys did an amazing job cleaned up after them selves. Really nice and helped explain what what’s wrong after spending time looking at the motor figuring out it needs to be replaced not just repaired.
