Hi - Jeff was great. I didn't know what was going on until he got there, so he was very patient in brining me up to speed remotely - I am in FL and this is a rental. Very diligent in his work and going the extra mile without hard pressure sales. BTW - please forward a receipt to the email below.

I chose this company mainly for the 4-hour guaranteed service even on weekends; however, I called on a Sat and the first available time was the following Mon, and that didn't work for me, so I had to take Wed off work. That is the only reason for the 4 stars b/c I had my hopes up for a weekend fix and felt the website was misleading. The technicians that showed up were great and friendly.
