Brandon Richardson came out and replaced both springs on a 16x7 garage door. He was on time and extremely courteous. Completely explained the job that was needed, and finished in a timely matter. Very professional install. He also performed a tune up on the door as well. Excellent service and customer experience.

I had 2 broken springs and called Precision last night around 10pm and was surprised to talk with a live representative. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day, today between 2-5pm and I received a call today 1:13pm informing me he was early and if it was ok to head my way… Michael showed up within 15 minutes and he was very thorough at explaining the problem and pointed out potentially other issues besides the springs..I am very please with the work and would recommend Precision and Michael in the future! Very Good Service. The Tech was very Knowable about what he doing. After finishing up he cleaned up and then ask us if he could do any thing for us. He explained how everything works and help program our car remote systems. Very pleased with PRECISION Door Service. I did notice that I missed spelled Precision on the check I gave him, hope this doesn't cause any problem.

When I called, the scheduler immediately got me on the schedule that same day which was great. Ben called when he was on his way and arrived in the timeframe he indicated. He was courteous and explained everything thoroughly. He repaired the broken spring as well as some other components that were going bad. It wasn't long before he had things back up and running. He did a great job and I would call Precision again in the future.
