Mike, our Precision garage door service tech, was friendly and professional. He listened to us as we explained the issues we were having with our old garage door system. He then did an evaluation and showed us where he believed the problems lay. After reviewing the repair options with us and allowing us time to privately discuss them, he went to work on the option we selected and had the job wrapped up in a reasonable amount of time. He made sure all our questions were answered and we knew how to operate the new openers. Can't believe how much quieter the new opener he installed is!

I had never used Precision before yesterday. I didn't know anything about the company before I placed my call to have someone come and look at my garage door opener. I was given a window of between 4 and 7 PM. Eric, the technician called shortly after 4 and was there within 15 minutes. He assessed the situation, gave me a quote for the work to be done. Eric was polite, engaging and extremely thorough and knowledgable about the work to be done. When he was done, he met my sister and then looked over her door and made the necessary repairs to her door to make it safe and functional. Experience couldn’t have been better. Mike took the time to diagnose what was wrong with old unit, then outlined in writing what our expenses would be to either repair it or replace it with a ‘good,’ better’ or ‘best’ unit. Very professional. Within two hours of his arrival, we had a brand new opener and couldn’t be happier.

Precision has been my choice for all garage door needs for years. You all provide quality products and service. You arrive when you say you’re going to. And you’ve always had everything in the work vehicle that was needed. This time, what I thought was wrong was the electronic eye bcs the door wouldn’t shut. I chose Precision because of an ad I saw advertising free service call. I was looking to replace the sensors on 2 garage doors. Ben the tech- very nice and knowledgeable told me I would have to replace both units because the base unit was too old. Fine not what I was looking to do but I understood until he quoted me over $900 for 2 units. My friend just had hers replaced for $350. When I told Ben I would think about it He said that would be $80 for the service call. My free coupon only works if you get a repair. It took less than 15 mins. Needless to say I have called a few other companies and the going rate is $340-$350 no service fee

Eric came for the first appointment and provided great insight into the problem with my door and gave a great recommendation. Justin came for the second appointment to install the new garage door, spring, and rails. Both did a great job calling me in advance, were prompt, and came early within the allotted time frame. I just recently purchased our home when one of the springs on the garage door broke. Vladimir was our service agent. He was very courteous, professional. I didn't know if there was ever preventative maintenance on the door but it needed more than springs. The repair only took 30 minutes and now it runs more efficiently and smoothly. Of course, the problem of the door not shutting did not occur when the technician was trying to fix it, but he really seemed to believe me and tried many times to get it to happen. He did lubricate everything and did some adjustments though so maybe it won't happen again! Since the spring is 25 years old, I chose to replace it while he was here. Really appreciate his kindness and that he worked so hard on my door.

I was very happy with Precision Garage Door! They had Nick come out to my house the very day I called for help He was thorough in examining and explaining the condition of all of the parts of the garage door setup, problems I had, options, pricing. A spring had broken on our door just the day before, and Nick replaced the set of springs plus installed new "drones" (I believe, aka "wheels") and bearings, which were very old and wearing on the unit. I am absolutely satisfied thus far and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Also, Nick was professional, friendly, helpful, thorough, and easy to talk to. The Precision Technician was very friendly and professional. He went over all options to repair or replace the door. He was able to answer all my questions and give me the estimates. He also explained to me that the springs and seal trim around the door is included which was a surprise. I look forward to having the new door installed which I was able to select a color to match the siding of the house, which also surprised me.
