The technicians came to my home to repair a door that would sometimes go down and sometimes not. I called late that morning and was given a window for them to arrive that afternoon. They came at the start of the appointment window. They were very polite and explained possible issues with the door. I was given some options for the repair. After my decision they did the repair in promptly. I really could not be happier with either the response for an appointment, the service personnel or the actual work that they did.

The Precision Technician was very friendly and professional. He went over all options to repair or replace the door. He was able to answer all my questions and give me the estimates. He also explained to me that the springs and seal trim around the door is included which was a surprise. I look forward to having the new door installed which I was able to select a color to match the siding of the house, which also surprised me. Thank you Nick for getting the door working again until the new door is installed.

Mike, our Precision garage door service tech, was friendly and professional. He listened to us as we explained the issues we were having with our old garage door system. He then did an evaluation and showed us where he believed the problems lay. After reviewing the repair options with us and allowing us time to privately discuss them, he went to work on the option we selected and had the job wrapped up in a reasonable amount of time. He made sure all our questions were answered and we knew how to operate the new openers. Can't believe how much quieter the new opener he installed is!

I had never used Precision before yesterday. I didn't know anything about the company before I placed my call to have someone come and look at my garage door opener. I was given a window of between 4 and 7 PM. Eric, the technician called shortly after 4 and was there within 15 minutes. He assessed the situation, gave me a quote for the work to be done. Eric was polite, engaging and extremely thorough and knowledgable about the work to be done. When he was done, he met my sister and then looked over her door and made the necessary repairs to her door to make it safe and functional. I chose Precision because of an ad I saw advertising free service call. I was looking to replace the sensors on 2 garage doors. Ben the tech- very nice and knowledgeable told me I would have to replace both units because the base unit was too old. Fine not what I was looking to do but I understood until he quoted me over $900 for 2 units. My friend just had hers replaced for $350. When I told Ben I would think about it He said that would be $80 for the service call. My free coupon only works if you get a repair. It took less than 15 mins. Needless to say I have called a few other companies and the going rate is $340-$350 no service fee
