I just made a phone call to tell your company to tell them how pleased I was with the service yesterday. Our garage door would not shut. It ended up being something we had done, but we were not charged. All of your installers and service people are very nice and helpful. Our doors are only 3 months old and they are the best! Of course, the problem of the door not shutting did not occur when the technician was trying to fix it, but he really seemed to believe me and tried many times to get it to happen. He did lubricate everything and did some adjustments though so maybe it won't happen again! Since the spring is 25 years old, I chose to replace it while he was here. Really appreciate his kindness and that he worked so hard on my door.

I was very happy with Precision Garage Door! They had Nick come out to my house the very day I called for help He was thorough in examining and explaining the condition of all of the parts of the garage door setup, problems I had, options, pricing. A spring had broken on our door just the day before, and Nick replaced the set of springs plus installed new "drones" (I believe, aka "wheels") and bearings, which were very old and wearing on the unit. I am absolutely satisfied thus far and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Also, Nick was professional, friendly, helpful, thorough, and easy to talk to. Thank you very much for your quick help in this situation!!!

Great Service. Purchased Angie's List Deal for Tune-up and ultra quiet rollers--great deal! Also evaluated rest of system. Decided to have new springs, cable, drums/bearings replaced. Garage Door opens/closes MUCH better. Very professional and explained everything very well. Highly Recommend!
