Eric came for the first appointment and provided great insight into the problem with my door and gave a great recommendation. Justin came for the second appointment to install the new garage door, spring, and rails. Both did a great job calling me in advance, were prompt, and came early within the allotted time frame. Justin was thorough with the install and made sure I was happy with how the new door functioned. Overall very happy with my decision to use Precision.

I just recently purchased our home when one of the springs on the garage door broke. Vladimir was our service agent. He was very courteous, professional. I didn't know if there was ever preventative maintenance on the door but it needed more than springs. The repair only took 30 minutes and now it runs more efficiently and smoothly. Of course, the problem of the door not shutting did not occur when the technician was trying to fix it, but he really seemed to believe me and tried many times to get it to happen. He did lubricate everything and did some adjustments though so maybe it won't happen again! Since the spring is 25 years old, I chose to replace it while he was here. Really appreciate his kindness and that he worked so hard on my door.

I was very happy with Precision Garage Door! They had Nick come out to my house the very day I called for help He was thorough in examining and explaining the condition of all of the parts of the garage door setup, problems I had, options, pricing. A spring had broken on our door just the day before, and Nick replaced the set of springs plus installed new "drones" (I believe, aka "wheels") and bearings, which were very old and wearing on the unit. I am absolutely satisfied thus far and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Also, Nick was professional, friendly, helpful, thorough, and easy to talk to. Thank you very much for your quick help in this situation!!!
