Your team helped keep my husband's surprise (his new Garage door) on his barn. They allowed me to schedule as close to Christmas as possible. Also, the installer was wonderful! Eric did a wonderful job! He showed me the parts that needed to be repaired and explained the reason why. He didn't oversell, which pleased (and surprised) me. I feel Eric was honest with me about what all should be repaired and what didn't need repairing. He mentioned a price before starting the repair, but when I told him I received a lower quote from the person on the phone (the Sunday answering call center), Eric said he would honor their price. Again, that pleased (and surprised) me. I am very happy I chose Precision for my repairs. I will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.
