It was not the technicians fault that the job was not completed at the first service. I was told in advance that he probably would not have weather strip with him.

Made a call at 9pm stating garage spring was broken and I could not get cars out to go to work in the morning. Aaron said he would be there in 30 min. He arrived fixed the problem, inspected for suggested maintenance all in 45 min. Calling them back in March to do the suggested maintenance. Friendly, prompt and informative. Was suggested by a friends through a blast on Facebook. Thanks so much. Oh by the way the price was right.

This was the second time we used Precision to service our garage doors. The technician arrived on time, calling first to let me know he was coming. He was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and professional. He checked on some concerns we had about our garage door openers, lubricated the tracks, and made sure the doors were working properly. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
