Your operator was very professional when I called (8:00am 4/3). She was able to get me in same day. My technician was Mike. He was o time, completely professional and very personable. He made me comfortable, kept me informed and explained things clearly. He was courteous and considerate, helped me through the decision making process. He completed the job & cleaned up the area. Your online reviews convinced me that I should call and I am so happy I did. Your appointment operator was very professional and worked with me to arrange an evening appointment that worked with my schedule. Mike called me in advance to give me and ETA; and showed up as promised. He looked at my door opener explained what he thought was the problem. He walked me through options, never once putting any pressure on me to buy anything. As it worked out I had him install a new opener, a key pad, and new door spring. He had everything on the truck which ensured I didn't have to make another appointment. Mike was so professional and personable; I trusted him and his work. I am very happy with my new products and thankful I called.

-pleased with response time (after 5pm response was very good and no additional service charges were added!) -service tech Mike was friendly and respectful. He made sure I was aware of options and pricing and answered questions. -while the repairs were very expensive they were understandable. The garage door and components were nearly 20 years old (worn and broken) and needed a complete overhaul. -repair time was efficient and work was thorough, clean and complete.
