Teddy arrived very close to four; as I had been given a range of 4 to 7 that was great. He was professional and offered three options to resolve my issue (spring had broken so garage door could not be opened. Today SA afternoon A hinge on my 25 year old garage door broke making it inoperatable. Searching the WEB took me to Precision , the only repair company open. Icalled at 2pm and was given 6-8 window this evening . At about 3 I got a call that the tech (ROB) was ahead of schedule and close by and wold be here i 20min!!! Rob inspected the whole door replaced the broken hinge and 4 other that were cracking . He finshed in about 40 minwalked me thru his work . at a cost of a little over $200. I though it wasVery reasonable For a fast fix on a saturday afternoon by a very friendly and efficient workman . Thank you Rob!!!

Austin arrived on time, after receiving an automated confirmation of his imminent arrival and one from Austin himself. He proceeded to check on the overall door system stability and made recommendations. He provided options for the repair (replace a broken spring) and a quote before he commenced. The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Austin was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. 5 stars.

After using Precision in NJ for many years, I contacted Precision in Indianapolis for the second time last week. My experience today was the same as previously & we will contact you again whenever we need your service. The people who came have my garage door working & sounding like new. They were courteous, professional & took the time to thoroughly explain my options & guide me to making the right decisions. I now have a brand new remote outside the garage, new wheels, new weather stripping & a tune-up. Your technician, Ben was prompt to the time he stated for arrival and very professional. After quickly assessing the issue with my overhead door. He explained in detail the current issues of this ailing door. He kindly broke the issues into 3 categories, from critical needs to, repair in the near future, and finally that working like new condition. Explaining each repair category, the parts needed, and the cost for each category. This allowed myself to ask questions, and to make an informed decision on that needed service level. His work was timely and completed with the removal of all trash and disposal of warn parts. Covered the billing and warranty of the work completed. Advised what if any maintenance that I could do on an annual basis myself. His final recommendation was addressing the aging overhead motor, which was manufactured in 1999, stated that currently working, this equipment this may have issues in the future. However, with installation of the current and correct upgraded spring this motor was not having to labor nearly as much as it did prior to this service call. It’s a pleasure to fine and work with a professional service provider like Ben. Like any other service provider of mechanical items, devices, or equipment, in todays market this can be a challenge. The knowledge level and skill set in both mechanical and customer service is refreshing to see. I rank Ben as a TOP SHELF technician that shows the caring and pride in his skills and workmanship.
