Precision answered my call late Saturday night and had a tech here on Monday morning. My technician Nick was just an all-around great guy. He explained everything, took his time going over all potential issues, and broke down costs for various repair and replacement options. He was honest and patient and didn't try to pressure me into anything. Fantastic service!

My technician and I’m horrible with names so I don’t remember his name sorry. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He was on time and did a fabulous job fixing my garage door. I was very pleased with work. I had to have him come back out and adjust the close a little bit and there was no charge. I will definitely use Precision for all my garage door needs.

Drew & Mike did an amazing job! They went over and beyond for me today. I couldn’t be more satisfied. They made my creaky, unsafe, and not working garage like NEW! On top of that their customer service skills were excellent! They explained everything that needed to be done in a way that I could understand. They also helped me reprogram my garage door opener and keypad ???? I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your amazing service!!!!

I chose Precision based on 5 star rating and 24 hour service. Customer service was great to get someone out as quickly as possible to diagnose and repair my garage. The technician Josh was courteous and professional and explained the situation without trying to sell me on repairs that weren’t needed. He provided repair options and completed the work that same day. I would definitely recommend Precision and plan to use them again in the future. The customer service was top notch.
