I have used your services at least three times in the past 5 or 6 years. Each time I was very pleased with your service folks. They were all great, and came to help me not just to sell me something. I also feel your pricing is resonable, but suggest the service fee be waived. This of course would not happen until services were actually provided that met a predetermined minimum amount. I will use in the future, and recomend you to others.

3 years ago we moved in this house and one of the things that was bad was the moving parts on the garage door. I called Precision based off advertisement and the service received was prompt and excellent, so no reason for me to call another company. Today's service was excellent. I did forget to mention to the techs about the $20 off if I had your stickers

Great service and timeliness. I had originally called the company that put in the door when the house was built. I waited all afternoon for a no show service repair. Your company arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I appreciate the way the receptionist stayed in touch by phone and Email.
