I called at 3:30 and the technician was at our home by 4:00 and was finished with the job and gone by 4:45. Andrew was awesome! Professional, knowledgable, and pleasant. He recommended several things that would prolong the life our garage door versus telling us we need to replace it. I will be recommending to my family and friends and will certainly call again when the need arises.
