Josh was prompt, personable, explained the problem, demonstrated the garage door opener was now working, he apologized for the inconvenience (this was above and beyond). Your scheduling personnel was polite and the repair was schedule within 2 days which I feels is exceptional service too. I would recommend your company to anyone. Thanks

Mike was our service guy and he did a great job and was very fast. Due to conditions (big snow day) it took 2 days for them to get out. Very professional website and customer service team. Mike was very polite and did an excellent job of letting me know options for the work. I would give Precision a 5 out 5 and will recommend you to friends. Great job.

My spring on my garage door broke at about 7:00 pm on Thursday evening when we heard a bang. We looked around for the source of the noise to no avail. The next morning I discovered it when I tried to open the door. I called Precision due to my previous experience with them. They were able get a tech out to fix the door the same day and the work was done correctly and by a very friendly tech. Aaron called before he arrived and he actually arrived a bit before the scheduled appointment. He worked efficiently and since it was cold he brought all materials into the garage at once to alleviate having to open the other garage door more that necessary. It was another great experience with a bad situation. Thank you:>)
