I called back to book service and the next lady was also exceptional! Geoff my technician was very knowledgable, helpful and efficient. The first thing that impressed me was the confirmation from Vicki via email regarding the estimated time that my service tech, Corey, would arrive. Providing his photo ID and brief bio was included in the confirmation. A confirmation to me that your company is on top of it's game. Corey arrived on time, was very knowledgable, efficient and pleasant. He is truly an asset to your company. I passed my enthusiastic recommendation on to my daughter who is a real estate agent and is always on the look out for good recommendations for home owner service oriented providers.
