It only took them a matter of minutes to detect and fix my garage door opener's problem. The technician even did some extra preventative maintenance because the repair took no time at all. Geoff was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing for me. Precision was called to put in a garage door opener but Geoff found other problems with the door. He explained and showed me that I needed new cables and bearings. The door is 28 yrs old. Geoff let me know the price and let me decide if I wanted the work done. There was no high pressure. I do hope that the rest of the technicians are as nice and professional as Geoff.
