Great respond i called 1st thing Friday, the technician was out to our place in about 20 minutes. He assessed the problem, explained the options and completed all repairs efficiently. Everything was completed by a little after 10 minutes, which allowed me keep my days schedule without interruptions.

Eric did a great job explaining how the parts of our garage door system work and even shared some tips on maintenance and things to check periodically. Recommended proactive replacement of some wearing parts, but we decided to keep an eye on it and begin budgeting for a complete rebuild at a later date.

Everything about your website, office staff on the phone, availability and overall professionalism told me I was choosing a company with confidence. Completely out shining the area competitors. My technician knew what he was doing, was efficient, but didn't make me feel rushed. Josh was great!!!! The issue was a minor repair - lubed rollers fixed previous dent from previous repair. Said rollers will need replaced in a couple of years. Just overall wonderful experience.

Precision scheduled same-day service. Weather was horrible (snow, again) but Eric still arrived within the scheduled time and performed the repair very quickly. He was very thorough in explaining the problem with the opener and the suggested repairs. Eric and the Precision team were very professional.

We actually had many things repaired. The garage door opener, springs, rollers, and a couple of other things. Eric was very professional and explained everything to me. Very pleased with the whole experience. Not so happy that it ended up costing so much...but it needed to be done right.
