I initially met Jared & Eric, they were very pleasant and explanatory. The technician, Travis was very good and fast. He cleaned his work area after the installation which is rare. Repair was done effeciently and Jeff called before arriving and was approximately 45 minutes early. The only issue I had which has been resolved very satisfactorily was the fact that we had received service for the same "garage door coming off the track" 14 months prior and felt that it was not appropriate for me to pay for a service call again for the same problem. I talked to Eric who studied my complaint and he had Amanda call me stating that we would not have to pay the service call fee for which I am grateful. I will continue to utilize your company and recommend your company to others. Thank you.
