The quality is good, workmanship is good (only time can tell). But it was outrageously expensive. I searched "garage door repair near me" - instead I should have just called Sears. My house is 20 years old. The Sears Craftman garage door worked for 20 years, and a similar one (at less than 1/3 the price of Precision) would work fine for another 20 years. My LEDs were misaligned - a simple issue. But then the spring at the top wore out and broke. I searched the Internet - a pair of those springs cost $59. Ryan charged me $496. Similarly a Craftman controller is around $275. I was charged way more than that. With the enormous cost, I asked Ryan if you would allow deferred payment - which means the customer makes monthly payments for a year or something. He said Yes, you could split it into 2 payments. At the end of the job he said the 2 payments were due yesterday and today - in other words there was no deferred payment. Customers should do a price shopping before engaging this company.

Mike F. Did a great job. Explained not only what needed repaired now, but also what was likely to need replaced in the near future. He did this with no high pressure sales tactics. He layed out 4 different options and the price of each. Very professional and cleaned up after himself, including blowing off part of the driveway. Will use again when needed.

I absolutely would recommend Precision because the agent that came out to serve me was very polite, professional, and respectful of my concerns. He didn't treat me like I didn't know anything. And spent time to show me what to do if it happens again and encouraged me to call for help anytime if needed. He gets 10 stars!

If there were six (6) stars I would have given them 6! Fantastic service and on a Sunday, no additional charges for the weekend. Not only did Frank Stone, their tech, get my garage door operational, but he schooled me in how to use my new MyQ app on my phone, to operate my door from anywhere. I am a true do-it-yourself kinda guy, but I will never try ro replace a garage door torsion spring. It's very dangerous! I called Precision and set up a service appointment for the next day. Their service call fee was the lowest I found and it was waived due being a spring replacement. Found out part of my issue was, I needed two springs, so they did a BOGO half off. My bill was way less than expected! Cody was the technician that came out and was completely honest with me about everything. He was fast and very friendly. Thanks for being awesome!!!
