He took the time to walk me through the advantages and disadvantages of different courses of action to include minimal repair, full repair, and replacement options. In the end, we determined a repair was more appropriate and a full replacement was not necessary. I felt Vladimir had my interests in mind and was not looking to upsell an unnecessary solution.
